RapidVerify vs. Trust Swiftly

Overall, I was very impressed with Rapid Verify's offering. The onboarding process was quick and easy. For us, the turnaround time in getting results was the biggest benefit. It would be nice if we could integrate this in our current software we use internally as this would prevent us from having to switch between platforms to get this done.

The software is used well for us since we wanted to cut down on incorrect invoicing and fraudulent purchase orders from our distributors. We were dealing with some fake transactions that then were sent through our sales pipeline and ultimately were paid out. For businesses that are looking for 3rd party verifications to prevent these types of mistakes it has worked well.

• Takes away the need to have parents and other people come in to do id scans.
• Parents can now do this wherever they are at. Some parents have expressed its easier than having to wait to get this done like they have in the past.
• We get a copy of the license that we can import directly into our current sofrware.

• Some of the top parts is the speed at which the checks can be completed. Usually customers get notified right away and then complete it within a few minutes. Other solutions we had to wait a long time for the customer to fill out the information needed.
• We also liked the pricing structure as it fit our budget and allowed us to have enough security without giving up many features. This balance was important to see what we needed to pay extra for such as lookups on government databases.
• Having the branding and customization was another benefit as we could match all the themes and different collection points to our own tools.

• Since the verification came back as verified, we did not know what would happen if it failed, some examples or use cases published on their site would be helpful in this case.
• A white paper explaining how this could satisfy I-9 requirements.
• It would be nice if we could customize the verification report generated.

• The support hours did not meet our initial requirements as we have international based team.
• We could have more options to verify the documents on certain upload types.
• The transfer process between devices should be faster.

The user interface was pretty simple and not too complicated which made it easy to figure out how to use the platform. This is what made it appealing. Too many options can be distracting.

Trust Swiftly was simply easy to get started. The amount of settings and choices overwhelmed us at first but it made since now that we dealt with a lot of fraud. Having each verification allows us to expand our operations to more customers and our team feels comfortable logging in each day to use..

We usually have to wait days for a response from online vendors, but RapidVerify responded to our queries within a matter of hours which was very refreshing.

We asked our IT guy and he mentioned maybe we should try Plaid, but when looking at their offering, we would have had to get a developer to set everything up and it all seemed too complex for our needs. We are not a large company and we wanted something simple and easy to use. With RapidVerify, everything just worked.

We only briefly checked some other options but mostly they were unable to meet the requirements of our industry of payments. There were no tools that could do payment verification for us, so that is what made us select trust swiftly first. The other costs and pricing were not clear so we went with the most open pricing.

• Since we are a small center, not having to take away one of the two teachers to do this has allowed us to stay focused in our classrooms.
• We really like having the photos so we can import into our daycare center software.

• Our business has been able to save on fraudulent withdrawals from winnings by using the tool. We already caught a few cases where we would have lost thousands of dollars. It was a immediate impact and the savings were easily worth it in the grand schemes of things.
• We saw a spike on sucessful signups too since before we had more of a slow manual process to onboard and withdraws. After putting it in place we could expand the processing and get faster payout times.
