Likelihood to Recommend Some key questions would include how many users need to view the reviews, what functionality is given to the various users and how often the reviews need to be delivered. Those were important options for us in choosing this platform. Knowing we could customize the reports for each user was a nice feature.
Read full review TrustPilot cannot be trusted. They have consistently removed reviews since I started with them. At first I thought it was a one or two off situation. We recently launched an "ask for reviews" initiative and got several positive reviews and TrustPilot removed all of them, without recourse. This hurts us really badly and initiates drawn-out emails with our customers. TrustPilot is wrong about legitimate reviews and has no clean way to resolve that. They hurt our customer relationships more than helped.

Review Trackers makes requesting reviews more professional with their customized templates. They also make it easy to direct patients to whichever particular review sites we'd like them to review on. Review Trackers has made monitoring our online traffic and reviews much easier. The dashboard is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Review Trackers is great with their email notifications. I know there are technical challenges for doing this, but it would allow my team to respond to customers immediately rather than sometimes having to wait until the next day. I'd like to be able to manage users through locations, meaning I want to open a location in the dashboard and manage users from there rather than managing locations from the user management section. This would make it a little easier to make sure that the right users have been assigned to the right locations. Audits of review site URLs set for my locations should be automated. I have to go in every so often to make sure everything is still accurate. If accurate URLs are not set reviews will not be pulled. Read full review Removing inaccurate/faulty reviews. It's hard to talk to people about removing some inaccurate reviews. Product reviews should be visible on search engines too. Review requests email templates are not the best. Read full review Likelihood to Renew No complaints. For a great price, we get exactly what we need out of it. Templates for review requests, as well as the ability to monitor the requests coming in and what our patients are saying about our services. It also gives the patients easy access to a direct link to review sites.

They are prompt with their responses and always very polite and eager to help me out. I also frequently have them asking me if there is anything additional they can do, which I greatly appreciate
Read full review I've rarely had issues and needed support. During the implementation phase we relied on their support heavily and they were very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly by my account manager. They also have a great knowledgebase for self-service support.

Read full review Alternatives Considered We did some internet searches for a product like this and we found that review trackers had what we were looking for. I was able to call the day I decided to move forward with the product and arrange for a demo. I signed up the same day and am very satisfied with the outcome.

We've been able to maintain a more visible presence in the public review space, showing our past and potential guests we are engaged and take their feedback seriously. We are able to set goals for our properties to try and receive a higher score year over year for specific platforms and this wouldn't be possible without ReviewTrackers ability to have the entirety of each property's historical data. Integrating the star rating with our Google Ads was automatic and we saw a lift in CTR when the stars were added. We saw an uptick in traffic in from our Trustpilot review page to our website.
