My first time contacting SalesHandy the person in live chat answered all of my questions and understood me. I was very happy. The second time the person didn't understand me at all. That's when I became aware this wasn't an American company. I asked for the same person I got the first time and we started e-mailing, but he clearly didn't read what I wrote on two occasions, so he wasn't addressing my questions. This started to waste my time and frustrate me. Then the e-mails stopped coming and I had to keep e-mailing again trying to get a response, until they finally stopped altogether. I was literally just about to sign up for a paid account when this all happened. I told them I was going to go to their competition, and they didn't care, they just ignored me.

Zoho CRM is a must for anyone using the rest of the Zoho CRM platform. Again, it acts as a hub with it's tight integrations with other Zoho apps. Making it the one Zoho app that our project users can log in to each day to see emails, tasks, deal status, etc. As an administrator it's vitally important to optimize how we set-up our Zoho CRM to provide the most useful and beneficial info to our users while requiring them to enter the least about of data. - They have a very easy to understand customization fields that allow the user to view each individual email before sending to check for any potential errors.

We went through an exhaustive process doing this evaluation and in the process took the time to really understand the objectives and requirements of all groups within the organization. Now that the system is in place it needs to be used and refined over a long period to time in order to get the full value. As a result you need to consider the long-term and renewal knowing that the system will get better the more you use it.

Overall this product is not easy to use, integrate or manage. I have used many different CRM platforms and I find this platform to cost a lot of time and stress trying to manage or integrate. There are many other options that will be a better purchase option, give a greater ROI and save your overall organization time in their day to day actions.

Due to me using the software for very long and their terrible customer service, this is why I rated them low. I did notice that when sending e-mails it does take a while for the e-mail to go through, but then the e-mail hits the inbox very quickly. Also, their site and live chat did have problems. I mentioned this to them and they eventually fixed the live chat, but then they ignored the site issues I had which is when I opened two tabs, one tab would show one thing, and the other tab an entirely different thing within my account. It was very confusing and wasted my time trying to figure out if what I had done actually saved.

Sometimes they tell you to send an email, or they may be slow to actually solve the issue. They have support for paid and unpaid users, and chat, phone, email channels. You will be sure to reach someone, but in some cases you need a solution within a few hours and may have to wait a couple of days.

ZoHo's reporting features are much simpler than Salesforce. Much more intuitive and simple.Salesforce has much more options - however they are more complicated to use. Salesforce reports pretty much must be setup by administrators. Lay users have not been able to quickly make reports as easily as they could would ZoHo.Salesforce has a console view that is much easier to utilize.
