Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM to manage our prospects' and clients' contact info and interactivity. Knowing when a recipient has opened and read an email or clicked on a link that was sent provides insights that we would not normally know or, better yet, keep track of. We also use Zoho CRM to profile our prospects. This allows us to rank opportunities so that we can focus on those with the most potential.

- The training was expensive.
- For what we paid for the training it was difficult to follow and a bit sloppy.
- Needs to integrate with PowerBI
