Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to manage our prospects' and clients' contact info and interactivity. Knowing when a recipient has opened and read an email or clicked on a link that was sent provides insights that we would not normally know or, better yet, keep track of. We also use Zoho CRM to profile our prospects. This allows us to rank opportunities so that we can focus on those with the most potential.

  • Keep sales team motivated - gamification
  • The training was expensive.
  • For what we paid for the training it was difficult to follow and a bit sloppy.
  • Needs to integrate with PowerBI
  • Just launched so too new to measure true ROI
  • Sales teams is more motivated and better organized
  • Management team is able to quantify sales efforts
It seems to be working for us. It will take time before the data actually offers us any real forecasting value but for now, it all seems to be working. Everyone seemed to find it easy to start using and keep using.

Whenever a new prospect is identified, Zoho CRM makes it easy to assign and manage that prospect's experience through our sales cycle. Should the prospect go cold, the system makes it easy to revisit down the line. Should it end in a sale, ZOHO can be used to manage the onboarding and customer service follow-ups.

Zoho CRM Support

We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.
