Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We work with partners all across Australia. Doing so, it is imperative to ensure our partner requirements are well understood and relevant updates to the Partners are notified in due time. Zoho CRM has given us a platform to work on all the requirements as well aptly meet them, for our wide clientele.
  • Ability to connect with our partners through various mediums, such as emails, telephone, live chat, and let's not forget social media.
  • Search results in form of Data visualization, can't be possible without AI. Highly sought-after functionality, widely used.
  • Real-time reports, nothing is proven until we have the reports.
  • So far, we are extremely pleased with the easy-to-use Interface, as well as product support is quite fast.
  • Moving on from Outlook reminders to workflow-based reminders was greatly welcome and helped us in focusing on all the Opportunities, ensuring no single Opportunity is missed out.
  • Easy reach to our Partners via different mediums, gives us more coverage.
  • Region wise sales analysis was helpful for BDM, who looks after more than 1 state.
For any organization, having to incorporate a new Product such as CRM can be severely challenging. Not to mention, the sales team from different states working in a different time-zone, has its own shortcomings. We approach this sequentially, starting with a free POC of "Zoho CRM", thanks to the product team, overall product team response during the POC gave us the confidence to roll out "Zoho CRM" into Production. We had used different mediums to connect with the support team, all of which were aligned with our SLA.

Coming from a very traditional old-school On-prem CRM, SAAS-based "Zoho CRM" with its faster response and well located in the Australia region, meets not only our Compliance objectives. It ticks the most important aspect of driving Business, which is easy to navigate and faster to learn by new Sales rep.
In addition to being a user of Zoho CRM, we are a reseller as well. Often, at times our Partners request for on-boarding the platform configuration for them. During such requirements, we have utilized the Professional services team directly from the Zoho CRM team. Our partner feedback was quite positive, throughout.
Our partners have greatly appreciated the pricing structure, which is readily available on the website for everyone to see. The monthly subscription base is quite popular amongst organizations with short staff, whilst medium and large enterprises opt for Yearly options. During the product POC, partners then align product features with their Business use-case and they are never surprised with the cost structure.
Previously, we were using On-prem CRM. There were significant challenges, the biggest was having to navigate through less friendly UI but upkeeping the traditional CRM was becoming expensive as well. Our organization did a pilot for "Zoho CRM", we were very pleased with the time it took to onboard the application, self-pleased UI was appreciated for easy navigation. Our sales team across all states has seen a faster way of working on all Business opportunities. Over time, we utilized advanced capabilities of Zoho CRM, such as incorporating workflows to schedule alerts and/or assign Tasks.
