Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is used within the sales department of my organization. I use Zoho to assist with tracking my projects and status updates regarding each client and closings. This software helps my department create lasting relationships with customers and also boost our overall productivity levels. We have seen a lot of success from using this software and I highly recommend it.
Pros
- Assists with analyzing data to provide predictions and trends.
- Provides real time notifications on accounts.
- Provides workflow automation which cuts down on entering data into the system.
Cons
- Would like to see additional analytical tools.
- More updates to keep info secure and up-to-date could be helpful.
- Faster sync time when transferring leads would be beneficial.
- Able to increase the process of transferring leads into customers
- Highly informative reporting provides me with more credibility when presenting
- Up to date tracking on leads being contacted allows us to better assist customers
