So Sitetracker is a future-proof cloud platform built on Salesforce to benefit from smarter document management, machine learning, enterprise-grade security, and more. And that's how it has made the ecosystem quite complete by introducing various feature sets for the construction process, and it has included AI Reports and Insights which are really helpful. The overall product engineering is an absolute treat for all the users, as most of the features are built keeping the target audience in mind.
Wrike is a highly comprehensive tool, but its learning curve can be steep. Many of its features are excellent, and the user experience would greatly benefit from increased intuitiveness. The platform performs notably better in its web-based or desktop application format. The mobile app offers limited functionalities; for instance, it does not support video downloads to the device, which is essential when working remotely.
They provide a quality platform that can be used in multiple ways (online, phone app, email). This provides the user with plenty of notifications and manner to communicate openly on a project.
The system to upload files and immediately provide feedback is streamline. It takes the guesswork out of where something is because it is right there in front of you.
It allows communication easier for those who are not in the same corporation/company/business. It creates a way for the communication to seem like it is inter-office without the need to constantly login to new platforms and get confused to where a file may be stored to look over.
So the availability of the platform should be more, i.e. it should give support for desktop, android and iOs apps with smartwatch widget support also
The AI generated reports can be bit drilled down and made more user friendly as there are a lot of data so it can easily be quite wholesome for someone new.
The overall speed of the application can be improved and it should have data centers in different regions too for faster delivery of services.
I wish that Wrike had more drag and drop functionality that would be connected to assignee and also I wish that the finish date of a task would update to the date where you checked completed. It does not do that. Also finishing a task doesn't move the start date of the next task it "protects your time in that way", but our management team wants us to quickly see what we have down the pipeline rather than having to scroll down the list of upcoming tasks.
Wrike is easy to use. The interface is nice and modern as well, which I love. But yet again, on the limits we face to expand/improve workflow is a bit limiting. Which is why we would like to look for a platform with key integrations from other interfaces to ease workflow quite significantly.
Over two years of (almost) daily usage without outages. Don't remember any errors. I give it 9 only because some Wrike plugins (for online document edit) are based on NPAPI architecture. These types of plugins are being phased out in new browsers, and NPAPI plugins are disabled by default in recent versions of Chrome so you have to do some browser adjustments when you switch browsers or move to another computer.
All our data loads quickly and is easily accessed. The slowest access is the internal document view takes a few seconds to prep documents the first time they load
Support is very quickly and they want to solve problems actively. When I need additional info I can use community forum, when I've an issue I can use support form to get help. The support is of excellent quality from the first level, to grow when you talk to the engineers it becomes even more important
I love the Wrike training options. Wrike Discover has tons of courses, learning plans, certifications, etc. This is an area where Wrike definitely shines! I wish these resources were more in your face for new people, because it seems like a lot of coworkers didn't know all of this training was available to them.
There are a lot of bells and whistles in Wrike, and not all of it is easy or intuitive to understand once it's plopped in your lap. It's easier when there are a few choice people who understand Wrike as a platform and articulate it in such a way where it makes it easy to pass it along to others in the group
Better use case scenarios, better industry experience and better leverage on task and document Management. Integrated seamlessly with our ERP system (Oracle) for budget, costs tracking and forecasting of project phases and the overall project as well.
Wrike is an all-in-one tool, and that's what primarily distinguishes it from other tools that are essentially just calendars. It offers a comprehensive solution for project management, task tracking, collaboration, and more, all within a single platform.
Wrike delivers on scalability and being able to use the platform across multiple departments and locations. With remote work becoming more popularized over the past few years, Wrike has made the transition easier. It has allowed our remote teams to complete projects almost as if they were together in person.
Adding versions of a document streamlines our editing process, preventing us from reviewing outdated versions of a document. This feature saves time, especially when working with external contributors who may not know Wrike well.
Blueprints save time because we do not have to manually enter all the details when scheduling a recurring project.
