Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
My team and I use Wrike to keep track of our projects - we use it to manage who is responsible for each aspect of the project, the due date, the due time, as well as how many items are needed and the customer's budget, if applicable. It keeps us organized and on track to complete each project on time.
Pros
- Communicating with team members regarding the status or needs of a project.
- Keeping track of due dates and timelines.
- Alerts users to next steps via email when a task is assigned to you.
Cons
- Email alerts sometimes send too slowly.
- If you put a project on hold, it can be hard to find it once you are ready to return to it.
- Sometimes there are too many steps/tasks and the main page can get cluttered.
- It has helped my team keep track of our customer's budgets and how many projects we have won.
- It allows us to get an overall picture of our total number of sales.
- It saves time because all tasks, deadlines, etc, are in one place.
I have not used the AI or automation features in Wrike.
Wrike has a much better layout and user-friendly setup than monday.com. monday.com is okay, but I prefer Wrike - the platform is easier to use and allows for more in-depth communication between my team members.
