Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike both as a personal to-do list and as a way to update my supervisors on the progress of my projects. Wrike allows the team to keep up with each other's projects, make sure that everyone is on track, and see where everyone is within the process of each project. It also allows us to plan our projects for the entire year in January.

Pros

  • Helps me keep up with my to-do list
  • Helps the team keep track of where we should be within each project based on the timeline we set up within Wrike
  • Connects tasks and their relevance to each other across projects

Cons

  • It's a bit difficult to pull a report of all tasks within a project to view where you are on each. The result is also hard to read.
  • I think the display could be better as you are looking at your tasks. The window that shows the current task you are looking at is too wide and obscures all the other tasks in a list.
  • I think the new layout is a bit confusing because it is now more difficult to find the filter for tasks (i.e., those I've already completed).
  • Wrike keeps our team on schedule with tasks we need to complete by certain deadlines throughout the year.
  • Wrike allows supervisors to see where each employee is within a project and where they may need to push their employees.
  • Wrike keeps individual team members organized in their tasks and project management, especially in reference to deadlines.
I have not yet used these features.
Wrike is very helpful in my keeping track of tasks and scheduling tasks. I use it on a daily basis. However, some recent changes have made it very difficult to add tasks, especially on the correct date. It now takes me longer to include tasks in my workflow for the correct date.
I have not used any other products like Wrike.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Zoom Events & Webinars
I think it is great for companies with teams who work together on projects, or for people who like to keep up with to do lists and schedule tasks. In my opinion, it wouldn't be great for companies whose team members work individually instead of collaboratively or for people who prefer paper and pen when writing their to-do lists.

Wrike Mobile App

The wrike app is easier to use than the web application. I'm able to create tasks quickly and the shortcuts make it easy to quickly view my tasks. I'm able to scan through my tasks on my phone throughout the day or check my app at night to prepare myself for the next day's tasks.
I use My To-Do and Dashboards the most to track my tasks.
The short cut to My To-Do as well as the quick and easy way to add and schedule a task are the features that I use the most and that I appreciate the most.
The shortcuts that you set up make it easy to navigate, and the add task button is clear and easy to use. It is easy to add notes to each task, as well.
I don't usually use the app for connection, but it has helped me stay productive as it helps me keep up with my tasks and the timelines for the tasks. The notifications also remind me when tasks are due.
I learned that using the mobile app is easier than using the web application after the recent changes and updates.
No, as I learned about the app recently.

Wrike Implementation

I was not involved in the implementation.
Not sure - I was not involved in the implementation.
  • I was not involved
I use it on a daily basis, and I would very much like to continue to use it. Without it, we would not be nearly as organized across our company.

Using Wrike

4 - CEO, Marketing and Content, Director of Operations, and Program Manager are the job titles of the people who use wrike in our company.
4 - We have four people who use the app on a regular basis, but I am unsure if this is what you mean by this question.
  • Dashboards
  • Tasks in a timeline
  • The ability to assign multiple people to a task
  • We use it to share timelines for tasks and projects with volunteers
  • We use it to collaborate on projects and keep each other updated on progress
  • We use it to communicate about projects
  • Reports
  • Requests
  • Calendars
  • Timelines

Evaluating Wrike and Competitors

Yes - We replaced traditional calendars and excel timelines with wrike.
  • Ease of Use
It is easy to use and keeps us all organized with the timelines and tasks needed for our organizations.
I was not involved in the selection progress, but if I was involved, I would want a personal meeting with the rep of each possible company.

Wrike Training

I was not involved in the initial online training, but my colleagues who participated were able to train me well.
No, I am not sure how to configure the app for my needs.

Configuring Wrike

I think it is right for this product, but I am honestly not sure how to configure the app for my needs- I just use it as it comes.
I would just suggest that they do their research, watch videos, or reach out to the rep to learn all about how to configure the app.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
No - we have not done any custom code

I have never used the support staff personally, but my boss has and I believe they were responsive.

  • Creating tasks in the app
  • Moving a task from new to complete
  • In the web application, it is very difficult now to create a task and schedule it. You cannot schedule it until it is created, and it goes to the bottom of my list once it is created
  • It is a bit difficult to create a blueprint
Yes - I think the app actually works better than the web interface. I think it is much easier to create a task in the mobile app.

Wrike Reliability

I am not sure I understand the question.
I think there has only been one time when the site was down.
I don't have any issues with Wrike's performance.
  • File import/export
We don't really have anything integrated with wrike, so I have no advice.

Integrating Wrike

We do not have wrike integrated with any other app.
  • Google Email
I believe there is already an integration for this
I was not involved in dealing with the vendor.

Relationship with Wrike

I was not involved in the sales process.
As far as I know, Wrike personnel have been easy to work with after the sale.
I do not use professional services.
I was not involved in the negotiation process.
