Wrike - more of an online Spreadsheet
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Before adopting Wrike, we managed most of our paperwork through physical documents, emails, and Google Sheets. Over time, keeping track of our records became increasingly challenging. That’s when we decided to transition to Wrike, which significantly improved our workflow. It eliminated paper-based processes, consolidated multiple Google Sheets into Wrike's spreadsheet views, and enabled us to share external links through a request form. One of Wrike’s best features is that even non-members without access can still submit data via an external link, directly entering information into the designated area. This solved our biggest challenge, and we’re truly impressed by Wrike’s capabilities.
Pros
- Tasks are displayed in an easy-to-use table view. And most importantly, there are many other views, such as the invoice view, to name a few.
- Automated messages and emails to remind you when the date approaches.
- Ability to assign tasks and achievements to individuals.
- Deleted tasks are not permanently deleted and can be restored.
- Changes made leave a record of the user's details, making it easy to track who did what.
- Loop structure when designing request forms.
Cons
- Dashboard color coding options.
- When creating a request form, have a condition that if you select option Q1: it will skip 3 questions and jump to Q5.
- Looping options in forms - after submitting a form a button to appear to create a new record.
- Less paper work
- Convenient for use regardless of location
- Workflow and automation made life way easier
I have not used Wrike AI as of yet but will do in upcoming days.

Using Wrike
100 - Traffic Management
20 - A basic understanding of computers and a general idea of how our organization operates are essential. While Wrike is inherently easy to use, mastering it requires curiosity and a willingness to learn. Online tutorials are incredibly helpful for learning, and the 24/7 online support has been a valuable resource for me in many ways.
- Wrike serve as the main point of contact for getting work into our system. Clients submit request forms to log jobs, ensuring they are actioned efficiently—email requests are no longer accepted.
- Tracking job progress is much easier, as status updates provide clear visibility into where a designer stands with assigned tasks.
- Invoicing has also been streamlined, eliminating the need for separate accounting software since Wrike handles everything seamlessly.
- Timesheet automatically generated if we activate timer on Wrike.
- Ability to see profit and loss automatically calculated with colour coding.
- Use of dashbaord to view summary of entire requests and filters as well which works wonders.
- We will be looking into AI with Wrike as we didnt explore it yet.
- Also looking forward to using integrations as well.
Evaluating Wrike and Competitors
Yes - Previously, using Google Sheets and spreadsheets led to frequent issues—records were often deleted by mistake, with no one taking responsibility, resulting in a blame game. Data inconsistencies were common due to multiple users handling the same sheets without proper updates. Since implementing Wrike and introducing request forms, work management has significantly improved, ensuring better organization and consistency.
- Ease of Use
Many of our clients and employees struggled with Google Sheets and spreadsheets, often unintentionally disrupting automated formulas without knowing how to fix them. Wrike’s interface simplifies this process, making formulas easily accessible with just a click while remaining user-friendly. Overall, it has reduced confusion, improved productivity, and ensured greater data consistency.
Wrike is my go-to software, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use it every time.

Not really sure as my manager deals with that.
There was a time when an agent stayed on the line with me because I was struggling to resolve an issue—I can’t recall what it was. She went the extra mile to ensure the best customer experience, even following up with an email to check if I was doing okay or needed further clarification. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and genuine concern.
