SmartSuite vs. TickTick

It is best suited to be a google alternative for a google drive due to its multiple functions. Can add action items, upload multiple types of files and assign people responsibilities and tasks. It combines resource platform abilities with project management functionality in order to unite all your needs in one area.

Very well suited: 1. Small organizations and businesses ( 50, I don't think Ticktick is the best tool for that... Ticktick is excellent for keeping oneself accountable and on point with one's task. There should be an inherent sense of ownership from the user because an app can only do so much. It is not well suited for big organizations with more than 50 people, where visibility of stats is required on an admin or higher level. Plus, collaboration will become a lot clunkier as the number of team members increases. Knowledge management will also be an issue.

• SmartSuite is a good collaboration tool
• The capabilities of the platform are immense
• The customization features allow users to set up the report type and view it exactly as they want
• The choice of the fields to be used in the records and reports is really wide

• A little better home screen, which is already in the works!
• Better experience in the my work panel, which is also in the works already!

• The task reminders are in the form of a notification - it would be nice to have an email option.
• All tasks due on the same day/time show up as one notification versus separate - this can be hard to separate as far as task planning goes.

I have a great expereance

So far it accomplishes everything I need it to without unnecessary complications. The only reason I can think that I wouldn't renew is if I was required to use something else.

The product is usability friendly, easy to use, flexible and has all functions I need for my purposes

It is super simple in its set up and easy to learn to use. Many other apps are overly complicated which TickTick is not. It always depende on what features you are looking for but I did not even need to explain anything to those who struggle with newer technology

For our team, SmartSuite contains all features that we need. Before we use Asana, Trello and tried to use Airtable. But all of these management systems did not satisfy us. Then we started using SmartSuite, got to know all the possibilities and decided to switch to it

TickTick has a better UI and UX compared to the other competitors, and the Quick Add feature from any window is a must for inbox task management!

• We have to spend less time on checking where the project is at
• We can have less PM's in the business
• Our clients are happier thus leading to more business

• Effective tracking of my time and tasks; made me understand the value of my time.
• Had a streak of 62 days straight where I didn't miss a single planned task.
