SmartSuite vs. TickTick

It is best suited to be a google alternative for a google drive due to its multiple functions. Can add action items, upload multiple types of files and assign people responsibilities and tasks. It combines resource platform abilities with project management functionality in order to unite all your needs in one area.

Very well suited: 1. Small organizations and businesses ( 50, I don't think Ticktick is the best tool for that... Ticktick is excellent for keeping oneself accountable and on point with one's task. There should be an inherent sense of ownership from the user because an app can only do so much. It is not well suited for big organizations with more than 50 people, where visibility of stats is required on an admin or higher level. Plus, collaboration will become a lot clunkier as the number of team members increases. Knowledge management will also be an issue.

• The choice of the fields to be used in the records and reports is really wide

• A little better home screen, which is already in the works!
• Better experience in the my work panel, which is also in the works already!

• The task reminders are in the form of a notification - it would be nice to have an email option.
• All tasks due on the same day/time show up as one notification versus separate - this can be hard to separate as far as task planning goes.

So far it accomplishes everything I need it to without unnecessary complications. The only reason I can think that I wouldn't renew is if I was required to use something else.

Great for individual and small team or family usage and collaboration. It is the best tool if one wants to use it for personal task tracking, prioritization, and time management. Incredible features will take some time to learn and get used to, but once they're with you, it is hard to come back and not think about your productivity levels every second of the day. It is a beautiful tool and an excellent ecosystem of integrations and device support.

For our team, SmartSuite contains all features that we need. Before we use Asana, Trello and tried to use Airtable. But all of these management systems did not satisfy us. Then we started using SmartSuite, got to know all the possibilities and decided to switch to it

TickTick has a better UI and UX compared to the other competitors, and the Quick Add feature from any window is a must for inbox task management!

• The free feature is quite enough for normal user, but PRO also is not too expensive
