We have multiple branch locations throughout our market area. It's very challenging to manage the web listings for each location, with a large volume of listings across numerous platforms for each of those locations. Yext significantly reduces the workload by allowing me to make a single update and Yext automatically pushes the notifications across the other platforms

Customizable dashboards: these are easy to set-up and manage and tell a powerful story. We appreciate that they can be exported.
Import Wizard: it's very important that we are able to include custom data points in our reports through the Import Wizard. After a short learning curve, we are not importing data on a weekly basis for a comprehensive report that not only shows marketing trends, but the business results too.
Groups and Clusters: The ability to manage client groups and clusters has been vital to how we report out to the client.

Yext provides information within the portal on how you can enhance your listings as well as how you can fix any issues with your listings that may exist.
Yext's dedicated account managers can help you with any issues that may arise. For example our location pin on Apple Maps was wrong on one of our clinic listings and our Yext account manager reached out directly to Apple support and fixed the issue.

The support team sometimes isn't very responsive, and I can go a week without hearing from the TapClicks team on an open issue.
I would love to have the categories feature enhanced so that I could combine several services, and be able to break out reporting by the flights/adgroups/lineitems within those services.
I would love for the custom dashboards that are created to be integrated into reporting so that, for example, I could use the Categories dashboard as the title page of an exported report.

Cost. This platform offers a lot of powerful features, but it has an expensive barrier to entry.
Annual contracts limit flexibility for smaller companies
The biggest drawback is that you need to keep your subscription active or listings/citation data will revert back to what it was pre-Yext implementation

TapClicks provides an array of on-demand training videos coupled with account management support to help your organization get up and running. That being said, TapClicks integrates with hundreds of marketing, advertising, CRM, and website analytics third-party platforms, so depending on how many integrations you want to activate, it can be a steep learning curve. Overall, we like the usability of the product.

Yext is pretty easy and straightforward to utilize out of the box. While I work for a digital marketing agency, and this is second nature to me at this point, I do believe the average SMB owner with zero digital marketing experience could be a proficient Yext user within 1 hour or so of usage. Our organization experienced a very thorough onboarding process that helped us get up and running with TapClicks. It's pretty easy to integrate or "connect" with other platforms. We have developed a long-term relationship with our Account Manager at TapClicks and we really value her support. In today's world, most technology companies change your Account Manager seemingly almost every year, but that has not been the case with TapClicks.

Have been very impressed with the support we receive from Yext. I always feel I am listened to and if I have any problems or concerns they are quickly addressed. I have multiple ways to obtain support, either technical or strategic support, and they are responsive. I couldn't ask for more.

The companies I interviewed are either limited in the number of APIs built with the data source, especially with DFP. Some of them charge us cloud storage fees. TapClicks came in with enthusiasm and so far they have helped us jump start the building of dashboards for our clients.

We initially chose Yext because it provided the greatest control for our multiple listings. Plus, it had access to the most publishers. However, when evaluating Synup we were very impressed. You would not go wrong to choose either!

Consistency in business listing management - without Yext, we would surely have more inconsistencies with our business address across the web. This can lead to poor communication to our customers, and potentially lost business if we lose trust as a reputable business.
Yext saves me hours of legwork to manage numerous web listing platforms individually.
