UpLead is well suited for environments where there is a lot of accurate contact information to research mainly generating sales for a business. On the other hand, businesses that don't require searching up a huge amount of contact data and that doesn't add up to the sales of a business do not need to use this software.
The control panel function is very good because we can see the progress and work of the agents, individually and also as a group with the different work teams.
We have found the call scripts very useful, especially with new agents who still don't know very well how to conduct the conversation with customers.
I think the omnichannel support is great because all the communication channels are in the same program, which makes our work easier.

More data on small and start-up companies, but this situation is understandable.
Collecting a long list of contacts, especially of overseas companies, can sometimes take a while as UpLead is verifying the data. But the wait is typically understandable and worth it.
Sometimes I struggle with translating job functions in a foreign language, but this is easy to overcome.
The tool is robust, it's powerful, it's accurate, and it's extremely helpful and pivotal in my current banking sales role. I could not succeed without UpLead's accurate data and contact information. I'm thankful that such an incredible service exists at such a fair and reasonable price, thank you for the value that you provide your customers and thank you for making me a very successful salesman and wealthier man

UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.
We can see how our agents and customer service staff have become more focused on their tasks and have been more effective and successful in resolving customer requests. The system is quite easy to install and use, so we didn't have any inconvenience, so without a doubt, our profit margin increased.

I haven't been using UpLead long but I have generated interest in our company with several large accounts. Each one of them can add several million in revenue to our company.
A huge time saver is to be able to send out email blasts to potential clients I've downloaded from UpLead.
Securing any one of the prospects I'm working on through UpLead can easily pay for the investment 10 times over.
Most of the salespeople in our company are asking me where I'm getting my leads from.
