My previous employer used to reward employees by providing payback points but it was not very useful at all. I had a lot of points but on redemption they had little or no value. Also we could use it for a very limited products and services.
I believe if your managers can't make time to have in-person or live check-ins with their employees, the 15Five surveys and tools can create a semblance of care and follow-up, but many employees resent how impersonal it is. If you are able to have more face-to-face interactions or Zoom one-on-ones, those are almost always better-received by employees.
I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.
The more business units and teams you adopt consistently using 15five, the more you see the full value.
Reporting - it would be helpful to see an entire org chart breakdown of the goals hit/missed at the end of each quarter.
Recommendations - focus points/alerts on OKRs that aren't progressing and auto-generated action items you should take would be really useful functionality.
The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.
This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!
Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.
The platform is too easy for use, you will find by hand all the main tools and the interface put in front of you what you need without enter to define or open complex options to add things.
No, you just need to open a new report and start to type things, the system automatically will start to add fields or show the desired options based on your current context.
15Five support is quick and helpful. We work with other vendors in the people management space and performance tracking/management who offshore their support or force us into long queues to chat for support and it just doesn't support our needs very well. 15Five is responsive and speedy. We constantly evaluate our vendors for their support and have switched vendors in the past in other areas because of limited support capabilities
The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.
Very helpful webinar training. They answer questions, the slides are all very helpful, and they send you the presentation once the webinar is complete so that you can share with your team.

I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.
I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
