Read full review I appreciate that Zoho Analytics is deeply integrated into the overall Zoho platform. We used to have to import all kinds of different information from different sources, and it was a huge pain to create some of our reports every single month. Since using Zoho Analytics, we have been able to get info like click-through rates or rejected emails directly fed into it. It has been a considerable time saver having that integration.

Strong Operational and Executive Dashboards that reflect the business KPIs and can send out prompts to people within the business based on rules. Yellowfin is a single license and all access is via a web browser making it perfect for both on-premise and cloud deployment. Mobile apps are also available. Once I figured it out, it makes sense how to make sure the right data is provided in order to make dashboards quite flexible--- but without examples, I found it quite a challenge The initial organization of Analytics is NOT intuitive. Once in context, the organizational features make sense, but (at least initially) it would have been most useful if the organization of Analytics reports in Zoho Analytics had saved me a lot of time. Creating better reports and dashboards for our management team to evaluate the health of our business and to provide more insightful reports for our customers. Read full review Usability As mentioned previously, if a newer company is looking for a strong, polished BI tool, Yellowfin would be a great software vendor to consider. Unfortunately, the high cost might be a barrier to these newer companies who dont have any legacy software/agreements such as an EA agreement with Microsoft.
Read full review The platform presents some significant data and insight into the spending trend. While the graphics are great for presenting the information to other team members and management, predictive forecasting could use improvement. The drill-down and customization could also improve. The platform does produce some great insight when it reads the data.

Read full review ZOHO is a very reliable company/product. We never had any issues with downtime or inaccessibility to our data. Any type of maintenance that they had to perform was clearly communicated and never an issue. We use a lot of external hooks and we've never had any issues with getting ZOHO to communicate with any of those hooks.
Read full review Performance ZOHO has obviously invested a lot of time effort and money in to creating a reliable infrastructure with high availability. We've never had any issues with performance and all of our data crunching small to large has always been well within reason. We have come to appreciate the performance of ZOHO and will continue to use it for all of our data needs.
Read full review Support Rating They have good support in what they provide. But what they provide is not what is promised. I would stay with them if I can. Be very careful before signing up with them. They are not what they seem in the sales pitches. Be very careful and make sure you test and test before you sign up.

Read full review If your external data sources are previously organized and correlated (e.g.: in your datawarehouse or database) your implementation will be easier. Of cource some not previously predicted correlation would be necessary to be done during the implementation, but if your organization let it to be all done into Zoho Analytics, it will take more time from your team.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Yellow Fin platform is browser agnostic and is accessible from desktops as well as mobile devices. It is very simple and fast, it is integrated with Big Data, clients do not require a great training. It just works. But it’s easier to have things on the cloud, especially if you need to use different computers. Yellow Fin lacks the cloud feature.
