Pros

  • Reporting - a list showing your posts and current activity is brilliant. All others seem to only show you how the post has performed since you used the software while Zoho can do this retrospectively.
  • Instagram integration as standard. Not a paid add-on. Brilliant.

Cons

  • Share to LinkedIn and FB groups
  • Include Instagram
  • Allow for more than one image per post

Alternatives Considered

In all sincerity, Zoho Social does not hold a candle to HubSpot's social automation tool. It is far more advanced, provides even more intimate data, pulls content for you to post (should you choose to), and more. Zoho is also inferior to Buffer. On Buffer, you can post to many more platforms, generate content for each, and they have a superior user interface and experience.

Return on Investment

  • It is hard to define an ROI solely for Zoho Social as we have been using multiple channels including LinkedIn direct and Facebook auto posting
  • Estimated ROI on a monthly basis would be somewhere in the order of 100 - 200% average
