Acumatica’s AI capabilities are designed to help users make more informed decisions, automate key business processes, and boost productivity. Have you experienced these or other benefits while utilizing Acumatica’s AI functions? If so, please provide specific examples.

8 answered

Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services firms leveraging Acumatica have, for the most part, not yet integrated the platform's native AI capabilities into their daily operations. A significant 7 out of 8 reviewers explicitly stated they had not yet utilized Acumatica's AI functions, indicating a substantial gap between available features and current adoption within this industry. This trend suggests that many firms in this sector may still be in early stages of ERP implementation or prioritizing core financial and project management functionalities over advanced AI. Despite the low current usage, there is a clear interest in future application, particularly for automating critical accounting processes such as GL postings and client onboarding, which are vital for managing the complex project-based billing and financial oversight common in professional services.
