Insights from Acumatica Reviewers

Based on 73 verified reviews published in the last 18 months

Acumatica’s AI capabilities are designed to help users make more informed decisions, automate key business processes, and boost productivity. Have you experienced these or other benefits while utilizing Acumatica’s AI functions? If so, please provide specific examples.

31 answered

Acumatica's AI capabilities are largely anticipated rather than actively utilized by construction firms, indicating a significant gap between feature availability and practical adoption within the industry. Nearly half of the reviewers, 45%, explicitly stated they have not yet leveraged these AI functions, often citing ongoing implementation phases, delayed software upgrades, or simply a lack of exploration. This suggests that while Acumatica offers advanced AI tools, the complex and often phased rollout of ERP systems in construction environments may delay their integration into daily workflows. Despite this, there is a strong positive sentiment regarding the future potential of AI, with many expressing excitement about how these features could automate key business processes, particularly in financial management and overall productivity. The limited current usage, primarily for invoice recognition, points to an emerging understanding of AI's direct value in streamlining high-volume, repetitive tasks crucial for accurate job costing and project financial health.
