Many extensions to choose from
Aids us with insights on our businesses usage and needs
Cons

Not first-time user friendly.
Not customized for smaller businesses needs.

I think that Adobe Experience Platform Launch is well suited for helping our team stay organized with which platforms we need and how we utilize them for each client. It also is a reliable resource when we have any questions, their customer support team is helpful and responsive every time we reach out.
Adobe Experience Platform is an innovative way to bring data and software together. It can simply do things by creating one dashboard with multiple technologies rather than trying to log in to places individually. This can save time and increase a business's productivity. Since it's newer, there's still a lot of opportunity for growth, but it appears to have a promising future.
Pros
Friendly interface.
Analytics data.
Flexible and innovative.
Cons
Minor bugs.
Not many people are using it yet.
Need technical knowledge to integrate some features.

It's great for reporting and putting data in one place. Building real-time profiles can help a business run better by understanding what is going on with its customers. I do not believe this would be as necessary for small businesses but would be good to implement with growth. I also wouldn't recommend this if you weren't going to put the work into fully utilizing their features.
We use it to manage our custom Adobe Analytics implementation and also to host 3rd party tags on our website for easier and faster management of the same.
Pros
Very detailed, lot's of options for customization
3rd party integration , large catalogue of plugins
easier than the JavaScript method of implementing Adobe analytics
Cons
Steep learning curve.
Documentation could be more fleshed out.
Support from Adobe team is lacking in my opinion.
Likelihood to Recommend
If you are using Adobe Analytics, you must have Adobe Launch as well. It can also be used standalone as a tag management system which is pretty robust as it contains all the options for hosting tags, like using a pre-configured plugin or pasting the entire custom code as-is.
Adobe Experience Platform Launch helped us streamline all of our content, integrations, and user experience. We were able to use real-time insights to create top-notch customer experiences. Adobe is a leading marketing solution that enables market leafing insights and solutions. I would totally recommend the Adobe Experience Platform Launch in the industry.
Pros
Real time data availability
Real time analytics
Uses AI driven insights to deliver customized experiences
Cons
Backend schema experience could be easier to manage
Connectors could be easier to manage
Pricing strategy could be more competitive
Likelihood to Recommend
A good scenario is when you need to target market ad campaigns, and you need to customize the customer journey. For example, we need to capture digital information from all channels on a customer so that we can use that data to turn into useful insights and a specific target market for our consumers, making their experience specific to them.

Adobe Experience Platform Launch can be used for creating triggered based behaviour that will execute changes on the site that the user is browsing. However, the tool has proofed to be very useful for integrating other tools from the Adobe stack (mostly) into the website in question. Before Adobe Experience Platform Launch (or DTM even before that) was available, it was difficult to maintain the integrations with other tools, what is now very easy to enable.
Pros
Easy and intuitive interface
Having different environments for development and testing
Simple integration of other tools by using the built-in connectors
Vast pallet of options to use as trigger and actions of the rules
Great flexibility for the user
Cons
Challenging to debug if the rules do not follow a proper naming convention
Some parts of the interface are buggy, when clicking the "go back" button
Technical knowledge is needed for operating the tool
Adding the Launch library to your website will slow down the loading of the pages slightly
Likelihood to Recommend
Adobe Experience Platform Launch is a tool that comes in very handy, especially for companies that use several tools from the Adobe stack (such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, or Adobe Experience Platform Launch) due to the out-of-the-box connector that enables the configurator to set up the corresponding integrations with just a few clicks. It is also a great tool for integrating other non-Adobe tools and making your website more dynamic.
However, for companies that do not have any other Adobe tools and that are not looking into creating triggered actions on the website interface, Adobe Experience Platform Launch might not be necessary.
We were looking for a tool that would allow us to "unify" data from different sources, with the end goal being to utilize them for internal data analysis. Getting the data & finding tools for analysis, in the end, was quite easy, but we really struggled in the middle. After a lot of market research, we ended up moving forward with Adobe Experience Platform Launch.
Pros
Data tagging & unification
Unlimited integrations available
Cons
As a commercial user, I had difficulties at the beginning with understanding how to use the tool and get the value out of it
Likelihood to Recommend
If you are a company ready to invest time and resources in order to have a tool that will make your life easier in the long run, you must proceed with Adobe Experience Platform Launch.
If, on the other hand, you are looking for a "quick and dirty"/one-off solution to an issue, I wouldn't recommend this specific one.
Adobe Experience allows for the stitching of data from all varying sources (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) that inform us of which levers to pull to make the UX better during the entire user journey. It may be a bit pricey but still worth the price tag in comparison to the business value it can drive.
Pros
Connecting different data sources into one.
Native mobile & web-app support.
Performance
Cons
Editing templates.
Customer support.
Lots of clicks to get something done. UI could be improved.
Likelihood to Recommend
Although it's not the perfect all-in-one platform, Adobe Experience does provide more pros than cons. It's well suited for mid to large-sized organizations that have the budget for such a platform. It's not as well suited for smaller companies & start-ups who have a limited budget while also making quick iterations to find that product-market fit.
Being able to email large lists of marketable leads and segment-specific emails based on filters, tokens, and triggers. We have over 400,000 members on the email list so the software helps save time and frustration in email sends.
Pros
Easy to navigate.
Save changes s automatically.
Works well with other software and is compatible with most programs.
Cons
Better linkage to Workfront.
Faster list loading time.
More updated training coarse style.

I am likely to recommend this to other coworkers in the Marketing/ Communication departments but other areas in the workplace would not find the software very useful or easy to understand.
With the help of this software I can easily see my targeted customer information on one page. I am also able to pull reports more easily that no other software can give you this feature. Also, it saves your time just in case you use multiple pieces of software to do different actions as I did in my organization.
Pros
User friendly interface
Publishing flow is too easy
Good support and trust of Adobe
Cons
Little bit expensive
Sometimes it takes too much time to login
Difficult to understand

It was flexible and permitted me to deal with my clients in all parts of my business. This program gives you a constant profile to all the more likely get your clients, so you can take special care of their necessities. This increments consumer loyalty because of the customized approach.
We leverage the Adobe Experience Platform Launch platform to pull data from multiple sources. This tool has been helpful in pulling and aggregating data in ways we had struggled to in the past. We then use this data to inform us on the customer experience and we then make decisions based on that information to improve the experience.
Pros
Data aggregation
Data presentation
Native Mobile Support
Cons
User Interface
Load Times
Non standard use case implementation
Likelihood to Recommend
This tool is likely going to be of most value to companies and individuals that want to make data driven customer experience solution implementation and improvement. It may be a less attractive solution if less focused on customer interactions and their experiences is the goal. An example I would provide for a company not likely to benefit from this would be utility providers.
