We were looking for a tool that would allow us to "unify" data from different sources, with the end goal being to utilize them for internal data analysis. Getting the data & finding tools for analysis, in the end, was quite easy, but we really struggled in the middle. After a lot of market research, we ended up moving forward with Adobe Experience Platform Launch.

Even though it caused me difficulties at the beginning, as soon as I got onboarded, I really enjoyed the tool, UI, and the possibilities it offered me. As you can understand, the reason for cutting one point is my first experience with the tool, which was not ideal. Maybe it is not the same for users that have utilized equivalent tools in the past

Whenever it was needed, their support was extremely good, fast, and polite.

If you are a company ready to invest time and resources in order to have a tool that will make your life easier in the long run, you must proceed with Adobe Experience Platform Launch.
