AnyDesk, your best option for remote access

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

One of the best tools for providing remote technical support to clients, this software is widely used in the company because it allows us to provide remote assistance and resolve work-related issues, improving the quality of service and delivering practical solutions.

Pros

  • Very easy to use
  • It allows you to control the flow by creating a list of recent connections, as well as saving frequently used connections or saving them as favorites
  • It also allows you to share files and resources between the remote computer and your computer, and vice versa

Cons

  • It would be better if it allowed linking multiple devices simultaneously through multiple tabs
  • It's complicated to have to wait for permission to be granted again after the connection is lost; ideally, it would allow quick reconnection when you were recently connected to the client
  • Sometimes it doesn't allow you to manipulate the equipment; you have to wait for them to accept the extended rights permission, and sometimes that part is complicated for clients

Return on Investment

  • It is currently the best alternative for remote assistance
  • The best option because it allows multi-platform connection between different operating systems, guaranteeing remote assistance to any type of client
  • The best integration to provide technical support, meeting your needs

Throughout my IT job experience, during Covid AnyDesk proved to be an invaluable tool for my main work.My work mainly centers around that making sure all students, staff and faculty members at our institution are well technically supported and they can be able to use our systems without experiencing any challenge .During Covid our institution changed to remote learning and working all at one ,this tool made my work exemplary easy by allowing me continue offering support to everyone without having any in person interaction. I was able to solve challenges like for students having difficulties in accessing online learning systems ,setting up remote teaching tools on lecturers working stations instantly from my comfort home. One of the best remote control systems

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hi, at our company, we use it to provide remote support to our clients. Being able to access their computers and configure our system helps prevent configuration errors that occur when support is only provided over the phone, and clients follow step-by-step instructions. It also works for peer-to-peer file transfers.

Pros

  • Remote control of other devices.
  • Peer-to-peer file transfers.
  • Multiplatform connectivity.

Cons

  • Improve the connection quality; sometimes it appears distorted.
  • The system occasionally freezes and closes windows unexpectedly.
  • I would like it to handle remote connections via tabs; currently, it's a separate window per connection.

Return on Investment

  • It helps us reduce in-person visits, saving time and money.
  • Being able to serve more than one client at a time is very profitable because, whereas before it was one agent per client in person, now that everything is online, productivity is multiplied
