Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk
We utilize AnyDesk in our tech support department to provide remote access and resolve customer issues. In situations where the user is not technically strong, AnyDesk has also played a role. It is also easier to transfer data quickly through this tool. We didn't need any major setup in a situation where we were stuck. Within a few minutes, it is ready to use.
Pros
- User friendly to connect remote desktop.
- User friendly data sharing.
- Not a heavy software.
- Quick to setup and start within few min.
Cons
- As of now its doing good. may be multi-user remote sessions to work upon.
- As such no any additional point i can see which need to improve.
- May be appearance wise there is scope to make it more eye cache.
- This helped us resolve the issues remotely, saving the cost of an FSE visit and maintaining uptime.
- Simple and lighter version helped to use this at any customer site.
- Without much training, it can be used anywhere. We can guide customers in the remote areas to quickly connect.
AnyDesk is simpler to use than BeyondTrust. Beyond trust is suitable for a bit, but it's a bit heavy. Major guidance is required to guide the next person. Multiple steps are involved before we get remote access. Sometimes, it gets stuck in between. Beyond trust, data transfer is comparatively slower. It cannot be ready within a few minutes.
