Pros

  • Provides video conferencing in remote areas
  • Easy screen sharing from any device functioning in different locations
  • Complete screen controlability exchange between two devices can also be done with AnyDesk

Cons

  • The user interface can be little less Complex and simple
  • It needs a very strong internet connection for proper screen sharing which is a major disadvantage according to my experience
  • Not very much compatible with mobile devices

Likelihood to Recommend

AnyDesk is a platform that is mainly beneficial for assistance providing, whenever our staffs or employee get stuck while working on our website and business application then our support team assist them through screen sharing and this is done with the help of AnyDesk only and wr provide them proper resolution within minutes

One of the best remote control systems

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hi, at our company, we use it to provide remote support to our clients. Being able to access their computers and configure our system helps prevent configuration errors that occur when support is only provided over the phone, and clients follow step-by-step instructions. It also works for peer-to-peer file transfers.

Pros

  • Remote control of other devices.
  • Peer-to-peer file transfers.
  • Multiplatform connectivity.

Cons

  • Improve the connection quality; sometimes it appears distorted.
  • The system occasionally freezes and closes windows unexpectedly.
  • I would like it to handle remote connections via tabs; currently, it's a separate window per connection.

Likelihood to Recommend

Quick connection with pre-set clients, where you can connect with or without a password, and even turn on your computer if you have it configured that way. When connecting to multiple devices, managing several windows can be confusing when, in my opinion, it could be better managed by tabs with the connections listed sequentially for visual identification.

AnyDesk - simple and useful

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use AnyDesk to assist remote users in their work, checking more easily and live what is happening on their PCs and solving problems as if they were in my office. This helps me do my job better and be more efficient, and it helps users get back up and running faster.

Pros

  • Remote connection to PCs
  • PC fleet support management

Cons

  • Have a more intuitive list of managed clients

Likelihood to Recommend

AnyDesk is a good remote client management program and is excellent for providing immediate support and assistance to users when they have IT issues. However, the graphics could be improved so that support is smoother and simpler even when there are problems or difficulties with the internet connection.

Easy to use and reliable. My team loves it

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AnyDesk is used by our support team to provide assistance to our users to troubleshoot problems that they report. This allows us to securely connect to our customers PC if the issues they report cannot be resolved over Chat or a Phone call. Our sue case is fairly small since the number of cases where this is required isnt very high. But we like how reliable and easy to use it is when needed.

Pros

  • Easy to connect
  • Doesnt lag, works smoothly even in bandwidth constrained scenarios.
  • Doesnt require a complicated install procedure. Its fairly plug and play.
  • Safe and secure.

Cons

  • The pricing could stand to be a little more flexible.
  • Sometimes we lose connection after a reboot.

Likelihood to Recommend

Its pretty much the perfect tool if you have a support team that sometimes need to provide assistance remotely. If you arent sure how well this will work for you, I would definitely recommend using their free trial. Its pretty representative of the experience you will get from the full version.

AnyDesk A Free Easy to use Cross-Platform Remote Access Software

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AnyDesk is used for remotely accessing the computers either for accessing on-site business equipment to enable remote work for employees or to troubleshoot tech issues. AnyDesk can help business save high IT support platforms cost by enabling secure remote access to machines across multiple sites. My use case includes remote access for technical support for end users and managing cross site servers.

Pros

  • Works well even if the network becomes sluggish
  • Cross platform support. I can be used on mobile as well. Certainly helps a lot if I am travelling and not near my laptop/PC
  • File sharing

Cons

  • If remote computer has dual monitor setup, we have to switch between monitors manually. there should be an option to view both screens
  • The GUI should be able to handle multiple tabs instead of opening separate window for each instance
  • lacks ability to view remote system info like uptime, IP address, hostname etc

Likelihood to Recommend

> AnyDesk is ideal for troubleshooting issues on user machines and it easy for non-technical users to download and install.

> Great for remote employees who need to access their office workstation.

> Works well even with moderate internet connections.

> Perfect for quick, ad-hoc sessions without installing the client.

It is less appropriate if you need integrated file sharing, video conferencing and multi-user sessions for collaborations.

AnyDesk, your best option for remote access

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

One of the best tools for providing remote technical support to clients, this software is widely used in the company because it allows us to provide remote assistance and resolve work-related issues, improving the quality of service and delivering practical solutions.

Pros

  • Very easy to use
  • It allows you to control the flow by creating a list of recent connections, as well as saving frequently used connections or saving them as favorites
  • It also allows you to share files and resources between the remote computer and your computer, and vice versa

Cons

  • It would be better if it allowed linking multiple devices simultaneously through multiple tabs
  • It's complicated to have to wait for permission to be granted again after the connection is lost; ideally, it would allow quick reconnection when you were recently connected to the client
  • Sometimes it doesn't allow you to manipulate the equipment; you have to wait for them to accept the extended rights permission, and sometimes that part is complicated for clients

Likelihood to Recommend

It's very practical and intuitive to use, easy to transfer files and remotely control equipment, but when the client's connection is very intermittent it's impossible to use or it simply disconnects you, losing the connection.

un uso muy práctico e intuitivo, facilidad para transferencia de archivos y manipular remotamente los equipos, pero cuando la conexión del cliente es muy intermitente es imposible usarlo o sencillamente te desconecta perdiendo la conexión

The best Remote Access Software on the Market

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The company uses AnyDesk for remote access to employee computers for troubleshooting tech issues and for training and assisting. The company also uses AnyDesk for remote access to customer computers for help with navigating programs and websites to complete tasks on their end that require the customer to submit or sign.

Pros

  • Remote Access
  • File Sharing

Cons

  • Nothing at this time.

Likelihood to Recommend

AnyDesk works really well for remote access of other computers. The screenshare and the mouse and keyboard inputs are immediate. Other screensharing tools can be delayed making it very hard to control someone elses computer. Also, the ability to share files between computers is very helpful when needing to transfer large files or a large number of files. I also enjoy using it when setting up a new employees computer so that I can remote in and do everything from my computer instead of having to switch back and forth between devices.

AnyDesk for the on-the-go professional

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use AnyDesk for remote connectivity to my office PC. AnyDesk has provided our company great value, especially during the COVID-19 shutdown. It has since been a staple in our company's operation, allowing us all to remain productive from any location.

Pros

  • Remote Connection
  • Remote File Transfer
  • Remote Network Grouping

Cons

  • WLAN lag
  • Expanded proxies
  • Maintenance periods

Likelihood to Recommend

AnyDesk provides immense value to the "always on the go professional". AnyDesk is well suited to perform as if you were sitting in front of the actual PC your are remotely connected to. If your internet speed lag for any reason the connectivity and response from AnyDesk can be extremely upsetting.

AnyDesk Pricing Themselves Out of the Market.

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as a secondary remote desktop tool. If our primary remote tool has an issue, then we will use AnyDesk to make the connection. I am the only user of AnyDesk in our company, and I only use it occasionally.

Pros

  • Connections to remote machines is fairly smooth.
  • Keeping an address book of remote connections.
  • Works well with Windows UAC.

Cons

  • Licensing, their new structure is too expensive.
  • Getting a tabbed view to work in Windows.

Likelihood to Recommend

AnyDesk is a great tool for remote connections. It does what it says it will do. My only issue is their new license structure. They have tripled the price and are not giving me that as added value. I don't need any more than what I am already using, and my price has now tripled. When my license no longer works, I will discontinue using AnyDesk. They refused to "grandfather" in my license.
