Other screensharing tools can be delayed making it very hard to control someone elses computer. Also, the ability to share files between computers is very helpful when needing to transfer large files or a large number of files. I also enjoy using it when setting up a new employees computer so that I can remote in and do everything from my computer instead of having to switch back and forth between devices.
