Overall Satisfaction with AnyDesk

The company uses AnyDesk for remote access to employee computers for troubleshooting tech issues and for training and assisting. The company also uses AnyDesk for remote access to customer computers for help with navigating programs and websites to complete tasks on their end that require the customer to submit or sign.

Works very well. Have had no issues. The ability to maintain an address book of all employees is very helpful and makes it easy to add new devices to the address book the moment they new device is setup. Then remoting in to assist with issues with those devices is incredibly simple.
AnyDesk is the simplest and cleanest to use for remote access and remote control of other devices.

AnyDesk works really well for remote access of other computers. The screenshare and the mouse and keyboard inputs are immediate. Other screensharing tools can be delayed making it very hard to control someone elses computer. Also, the ability to share files between computers is very helpful when needing to transfer large files or a large number of files. I also enjoy using it when setting up a new employees computer so that I can remote in and do everything from my computer instead of having to switch back and forth between devices.

It's necessary for our ongoing operations. I don't know of any solution that works as well or better.
