The most difficult aspect of technical software/application needs is explaining the technical requirements to the IT team. Technical words, fields, and conditions, to name a few. This made it difficult for me to design technical solutions, even though I knew exactly what I needed. It was also difficult to describe and have built by the IT team to fulfill the same needs. Thanks to Clappia, I was able to finally have our technological solutions web/mobile app for manufacturing, quality data replacing traditional log sheets, and excel files, which had been a decade in the making. Apart from that, it was nearly impossible to locate essential data from the log sheet and excel during the audit, which Clappia made possible with a single click. Without creating a single line of code, we were able to define our own needed field, workflow, and criteria.
