Users have been able to seamlessly continue providing services to customers by working from home during lockdown periods, thanks to the functionality and convenience of CloudAgent. With the ability to use it on a computer instead of needing an actual phone, users appreciate the ease and flexibility it brings to their workflow.

One of the key business problems solved by CloudAgent is ensuring consistent and timely customer service. Despite the challenges posed by time differences, users have consistently received answers to customer inquiries, making it slightly difficult but manageable. The partnership with Zenoti has also been warmly welcomed by users who already use that program, as it enhances their overall experience with CloudAgent.
