Usability

Donesafe - the Safety System for businesses serious about their people

Pros

  • Simple to use. McDonald's is very focused on simplification, so its platforms must be as intuitive as possible as training across such an operation is a logistical challenge especially when combined with a very high labour turnover and high youth employment
  • Customisable. McDonald's has a very complex business model, due to it being 250+ companies, not just one. As such, there is a need for extensive customisation to ensure no group is disadvantaged and no information is lost or compromised.
  • Support. The Donesafe team is quick to respond to bugs and queries. They have a very 'Yes, can do attitude' with very competent and capable staff.

Cons

  • Access to our customised platform made available through the Donesafe app.
  • Whilst colour is used in some areas, it is not available to enhance all modules.
  • Ability for standard reports to be built to incorporate fields from different modules.

Return on Investment

  • Risk mitigation, through incident trend analysis.
  • More responsive interaction by management due to live notifications.
  • Remedial Action follow-up and completion, now that it is monitored.

Usability

The best end-to-end HSEQ management platform!

Pros

  • User Friendly - Donesafe is a very straightforward platform to use, it didn't require much training at all, and has a great UI.
  • Time saver - Automations save so much time when using the system, tasks that previously took hours, are now taking minutes. Moreover, reporting has increased due to the ease of logging information.
  • Reporting - Donesafe has consolidated all of our WHS data in one place so it gives us a great overview of what's going on within our organisation.

Cons

  • Nothing as of yet.

Return on Investment

  • Donesafe has saved employees time.
  • Donesafe has increased reporting within the organization.
  • Donesafe has helped the organization with risk management.

Usability

Donesafe is part of our TOMRA Safe

  • Designed for the Field Site Team.

  • Provision of more in depth training to the Admins.
  • Provision of more in depth training for the Admins to troubleshoot from the back end.
  • Constant follow up and checks done by the contractor after the launch would've been helpful.

  • Positive - Transparency.
  • Negative - as our some of our users lack training, we have issues on it consumes a lot of time for them to create a report.

Usability

Donesafe easy to configure at the back end so it's easy for users at the front end, and detailed in its output.
