What is Eventeny?
Eventeny is an event management software built to de-stress event planning, with the goal of removing event organizers from being the 5th most stressful job in the world. It features:

The participant experience is managed by plotting and assigning booth spaces, highlighting important areas, and increasing awareness of sponsors.When it is complete, the share map can be shared with participants and the event's community.
4. Volunteer Management: With custom applications and workflows, Eventeny's volunteer management solution offers shift tracking, department segmentation, and contract eSigning. Shifts can be edited and adjusted based on available slots to ensure the event runs smoothly.
5. Sponsor CRM: Tracks relationships with sponsors with customized applications to collect important information, process payments, track deliverables, and send contracts for eSigning.
6. Interactive scheduling: Personalized schedules for participants using Eventeny's custom schedule builder. Participants can also customize their own schedules by saving sessions of interest. Accessible through the mobile app, this feature can enhance the attendee experience, and promotes engagement.
7. Onsite payments: The onsite payment solutions accepts payments using hardware with terminals (simple card readers) or software using evPay (beta). It can be used to process ticket sales, purchases from artists/vendors/exhibitors, food and drink services, and event merchandise, and integrates into the event management system.
8. Real-time event analytics: Used to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators throughout the planning process. Team updates can be shared with interactive dashboards and customizable data reports.
9. Mobile app: Utilizes QR-powered check-in/out solutions for artists/vendors/exhibitors, volunteers, and pre-paid ticket buyers, streamlining the entry process. Onsite payments can be collected with it, and participants gain interactive tools like personalized scheduling, event navigation through maps, and access to the marketplace to boost sales of artist, vendor, and exhibitor products.
