Everstage is enabling our company to provide sales and finance leadership with tools to ensure forecast accuracy and interdepartmental collaboration. The same data that is pulled into Everstage to enable accurate commissions is used to power timely analytics and reporting. Forecasting next month’s payouts is easy and accurate, without the hassle of building my own spreadsheet.

It easily manages multiple incentive plans for our agents and provides transparency on how incentives and commissions have been calculated. It’s good as a manager to be able to download the entire sales team’s results in a single report.

Everstage helps us manage our commission payouts for our sales team. It shows sales and where staff are at all times, shows levels and sales from previous months and their bonuses and clawbacks. People have more visibility to how their compensation is tied to their sales, and it’s in real time.

The platform is primarily used to calculate commissions based on certain rules and notify the payee through a custom dashboard view. We manage our commissions workflow from calculations to payout through the platform and it is also used as our first line of defence in-case of support.

The business problems which made us look into Everstage was the lack of transparency surrounding take home commission for sales people across the organization. Previously, we have been using Excel sheets to track and calculate commissions for each sales person which was time consuming and sometimes even inaccurate. Everstage is automated and connects directly to Salesforce, making it a time saver for us.

Everstgage is great for teams who have commissions they rely on at the end of a pay period. As someone who has a quarterly commission paycheck, I like to know what I can expect ahead of time.

Everstage does not make much sense for people who have a commission based pay structure.

It is very well suited for all Sales Teams that have a significant split with commission plans.

Everstage was a game changer for me in understanding how I am paid, how my deals contribute and where my focus should be.

The easier and more basic the commission plan is, the less relevant such a tool becomes. But I would generally recommend it.
