Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
I use GoTo Connect to communicate with my clients and provide them with the support they need. The texting feature is on of the best features and when paired with the phone app, it is like having a separate work phone without having to go out and purchase a whole new phone. Whenever I am off the clock or in a meeting that I cannot be pulled away from, the option to mute the app is incredibly helpful and super easy to use. This has been a great communication tool and made my work life easier.

Cons
- More details about past calls, being able to see when they were made and when they were hung up would be great as well as the duration
- Customize the notification sounds
- Better voicemail transcriptions, most of the ones I receive are blank
- It has kept us from needing to buy a bunch of desk phones
- It allows us to be more mobile and work from anywhere
It has made using all these various tools super easy, while I still have some clients that like to meet using Zoom or Teams, the majority of my calls and meetings are now running through the one simple platform making my life easier.
