Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use GoTo Connect for our phone system. We are a 30-person firm and have used several products over the last 20 years. But GoTo has reliable call quality and generally favorable pricing. It allows us to expand the phone system to folks who are entirely remote as well.

Pros

messaging and video calls all included
Good call quality; few dropped connections
pretty approachable/easy to use
reasonable pricing

Cons

Customer service can be hard to reach (though we rarely need it)
We did have some unexpected charges but those were worked out

Return on Investment

We are definitely saving money over previous services
We are generally very happy with call quality and connection
Video quality is very good as well

All in One Platform

Our IT team said that implementation and interface were/are very user friendly. It sounds like they find it easier to use than our previous services.

We do a ton of conference calls and GoTo is very good at handling, even with dozens of participants. We get good call quality pretty consistently. There is not really a great system to for maintaining contacts, but we don't really need that. It is very reasonably priced and popular for smaller shops who don't have a big phone/conference budget.
