Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
I use GoTo Connect every day in our company; it has become one of our core components of my workflow. This product mainly solves the core challenge of fragmented communication. I mainly use it for team calls, client meetings, internal chat, and managing incoming support inquiries. It helps our team to stay connected, manage calls efficiently, and collaborate.
Pros
- Call quality is always reliable.
- The interface is simple and clean, easy to use.
- Strong integration support.
Cons
- Video quality during screen sharing can be improved.
- Voicemail transcription is not that accurate.
- Improved our response times with faster call routing.
- Reduces missed calls, leading to better customer satisfaction.
For me, the IT dashboard reflects the "IT-easy" design approach. Setting up users, adjusting calls, routing, and managing extensions takes only a few clicks.
GoTo Connect struck the right balance between functionality, simplicity, and cost.
