Influitive is huge disappointment after JigSaw acquisition
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
My company has been using Influitive for the past two years to manage our customer advocacy program. It helps us provide a centralized place for our customer advocates to go to see our latest educational content, marketing content, community discussions, and advocacy opportunities. They receive points for everything they do and redeem those points for rewards like swag or a product certification. We reluctantly renewed for a third year; however, we are looking at other vendors for 2025.

- A HUGE miss is that when an advocate completes a challenge they can't go back and look at their previous responses which also prevents them from responding to other members who respond to their comments
- General respect for their customer base

Ever since JigSaw purchased Influitive they have been difficult to deal with and shady in their business practices, in my experience. They gave me my renewal pricing a month late with a 25% price increase for less support than I was receiving before. They said the renewal terms were not negotiable and they would not grant an extension. They were trying to get us to sign a contract with the wrong company name on it for several weeks because they didn't want to take the time to update the paperwork. This company does not care about its customers, in my opinion. I believe, they don't respect loyalty. They don't understand customer advocacy in my experience.
