Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
Influitive helps us create deeper relationships with our customers. Our SaaS product has multiple layers of users and we may not be able to communicate with everyone using traditional email marketing. Our Influitive hub allows us to crowd-source topics for future content and create CABs and beta testing groups using daily users, as well as generate social proof and influence 3rd party reviews which supports new sales and renewals.

- Better customer support. We used Influitive to crowd-source common onboarding issues and then used that feedback to create an introductory guide which immediately experienced company-wide adoption and 100% "thumbs up" from customers.
The ability to download insights from each challenge and export as a CSV file has been instrumental in cross-team communication.
I'm biased because I learned about Influitive from a webinar before ever using it and was absolutely wowed by the product. During the initial research, Influitive always had a more robust offering and better reviews.
