  • Support turn-around time improved at least 10% while using this product, mainly due to increased support availability and methods.
  • Simplified billing saves time and money, as well as definite cost savings if you are paying for individual products.
  • The only negative aspect is the higher upfront costs but amortized over time these costs are overshadowed by the savings seen in other areas of ROI.

  • 24/7 support is always great when an issue is found and we need a fix ASAP. This helps with the stability of our product.
  • Before 2018, a subscription wasn't needed and we could get by without shelling too much for support. Now, Oracle has made this a subscription service, which can be pricey.
  • We had to actually budget for this subscription, which meant we needed to shave some other features in other products off.
