Best marketing automation platform

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Oracle Eloqua as the marketing automation tool. It helps us automate our customer journeys, nurture them, assign lead scores and send the qualified leads to the sales team. We run all our product promotions, event promotions etc through Eloqua itself and it has been serving the purpose pretty good for us.

Pros

  • Lead Nurturing
  • Automation through Program Canvas
  • Lead Scoring
  • Integration with native apps
  • Custom Data Object Management

Cons

  • Real time based email triggers
  • Customer Support is very bad
  • Initial setup is quite complex

Likelihood to Recommend

Eloqua is one of the best platform for your marketing automation journey, email marketing, lead nurturing etc but when it comes to real time event based email marketing then it still lacks behind as there are some other tools in the market which provide us that feature.

A much-recommended tool for marketers.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Eloqua is being used in our company's sales and marketing

department as a partner helping in performing almost everything. It is helping

us out in processing and launching our campaigns and we can execute our

marketing-related plans .with it, we can set up something that is even complex

and its integration API abilities are undoubtedly amazing.

Pros

  • With its online behavior track feature, we can keep an eye on our customer’s behavior on our website.
  • Automated email responses make things less time-consuming and with automated responses, we don’t have to spend time responding to everyone.
  • Good in delivering outbound emails.

Cons

  • Expensive price range.
  • Reports are basic with precise information and very few details.
  • Everything else is going great so no other flaw to mention.

Likelihood to Recommend

A duration of one and a half years is enough for us to

recognize the capabilities of a tool and in my opinion, this one is just a

great tool to manage marketing campaigns of even massive-sized firms. Its

marketing automation tool and its way of managing campaign and the way it

executes digital initiatives is enough to get an inkling of its abilities.

Less favorable for the people who want to have something at

a cheap price and are more dependent on the reports as its reports have nothing

much in detail.

Great for optimizing and enhancing the performance.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Oracle is helping us in providing analytics that made it possible for us to track and measure the behavior of our customers on the digital platform especially on the website of our company. We can find potential customers and can also manage our data using this platform. The reports it generates are beneficial for us in many ways especially in the growth of our business.

Pros

  • We can look for the behavior of our clients on our website and mobile application using the analytics it provides.
  • It is highly customizable.
  • It presents data in a form that is easily understandable and reports are highly beneficial for us.
  • Analytics in the form of graphs.

Cons

  • The user interface is not much friendly, especially for the newbies.
  • It doesn’t provide updates.
  • Sometimes depict buggy behavior.

Likelihood to Recommend

In my opinion, this analytics tool is amazing for large organizations with a lot of clients approaching them via their websites. In this manner, this tool will help them to get to know the behavior of their loyal clients. It has many useful analytical tools and offers multiple customizations and the reports would be the most helpful part for the companies. Since the user interface is hard along with the deployment so one has to get help from an IT person to make things work on starting days.

Powerful marketing automation tool.

Our marketing department has become dependant on this tool

in a very short span. Starting from its analytics, which provides us with the

multiple graphs that support analysis and tracking and this ultimately leads us

to analyze the performance and visitor’s behavior as well. We can find new and

potential clients and allow many customizations. Data collection and sharing

are other major important factors that lead the business.

Pros

  • We are managing marketing via emails using it and hence I can claim that its email marketing is transcendent.
  • We can interpret and analyze data as well.
  • The insight it provides and analytics are quite helpful for us.
  • The level of Flexibility.
  • Mobile access.

Cons

  • Sometimes it starts working automatically and installs the data which is incorrect and I really need the Oracle team to get it fixed.
  • It hasn’t provided any update for long.
  • Not a user-friendly marketing automation tool.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would highly recommend this software to business owners

who desire to have managed marketing processes. It is flexible, provides

insights, and helps in analyzing data. marketing departments of almost all the

companies either huge or small can get the advantage of it

and I wish they get their future endeavors and this tool will help them for

sure.

A highly intuitive and efficient tool for marketing.

Oracle Eloqua is being used in our marketing and sales

department for almost a year and this has been a wonderful experience of

campaign management. My team and I have found it highly flexible when it comes

leverage to track the online behavior of the clients and we can do their

segmentation as well.

Pros

  • Automated email responses provide supports in creating a better relationship with the clients.
  • The way it allows the tracking of online behavior is extensive.
  • It is amazing in handling the bulk of data and records as well.
  • It facilitates us with the graphical representation of the performance of our campaign which helps in better understanding.

Cons

  • Reports need to be more detailed and equipped with all the nitty-gritty detail in a precise manner.
  • The cost is quite outrageous and I am not satisfied with such a high price as it is the highest among all its competitors.
  • A complicated tool that demands brainstorming.

Likelihood to Recommend

Oracle is a credible

name for us as we have heard massively about it and Oracle Eloqua stands out

among all other such tools. Campaigns can be easily managed using it and it is

great for all companies irrespective of their sizes. The features like lead

generation, data management, and enablement tool, all are helpful for

Excellent Marketing Automation Platform for Mid-Large Organizations

Rating: 8 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Oracle CX Marketing is used as the primary marketing engine at the company - to drive all marketing campaigns and programs. It was used for lead scoring and orchestration, list segmentation, customer journey mapping - and connected to Salesforce to provide end-to-end visibility into the customer journey. We also used it for content creation, publication, and insights from our web properties.

Pros

  • Campaign management is very easy and intuitive to send out email campaigns and build workflows.
  • Support for multi-channel campaigns not limited to emails - works well as a CDP that provides a 360 view of a prospect/customer.
  • Good integration with CRM (Salesforce).

Cons

  • Implementation and roll-out wasn't very easy and had some hiccups
  • Lead scoring is not as intuitive as other similar programs
  • Onboarding and training lacked resources

Likelihood to Recommend

Some scenarios where Oracle CX Marketing is good at:

1) Providing a 360 view of the customer/prospect

2) Accepts 1st and 3rd party data to build prospect profiles

3) Easily integrates with most major SaaS MarTech products

Some scenarios where less so are:

1) Automating Ad Campaigns wasn't very easy to manage.

2) ABM campaigns faced challenges due to how the interface is set up.

Excellent testing and personalisation module

Rating: 7 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using the maximizer module of the Oracle CX Marketing suite to run our testing and personalization programs across several different domains. Primarily this is utilized by a central team that supports the rest of the business with their needs.

Pros

  • Segmentation discovery
  • Multivariate testing
  • Personalization

Cons

  • Self service UI could be improved
  • Renewal negotiation is needlessly complex

Likelihood to Recommend

For a large organization that can make use of all the advanced testing and personalization features, this would be recommended. If you are not in a position to make full use of all the individual product features, there are other tools out there that may suit your needs better.
