What is Streams.AI by PanTerra?

PanTerra is a provider of unified cloud-based services for communications, enterprise file sharing and mobility solutions for mid-market enterprises (MME), headquartered in Santa Clara. The Company's Streams service provides - Unified Communications and SmartBox - Communications-Enabled Content Management solutions which are delivered securely from the cloud through a browser-based client as well as mobile apps for smartphones and tablets, are designed to eliminate any on-premises deployed hardware or software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Streams.AI by PanTerra as the phone system to run our call center. They system works well only issue is it takes a while to load when left idle for a while. You have to wait for it to reload before you can do anything or change your status. Everything else work perfectly fine.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Streams.AI by PanTerra for our day to day interactions with employees, recruiting purposes. Personally, I'm a marketer for the organization, so I use it to message, make outgoing calls, and mostly for team collaboration. It helps us stay in communication, and I thought it would improve our responsiveness and help us stay connected across the teams. But it doesn't always address the need for a reliable system or a centralized communication platform. I find that we have to supplement it using other systems very frequently. And I hope that by sharing this review, some of those aspects can be improved.

It does organize the messages by recipient and streamlines keeping my contacts straight
Voicemails and all in one app is nice
The UX is ok as well

Cons

A lot a lot a lot of dropped calls thats the only thing

ROI in terms of gaining clientele and giving them a number they can reliably call
I wouldn't say this has made me that much more efficient but a good starting point

We use Pan Terra to send faxes to our clients. It is quick, easy and efficient. We love this program because the privacy aspect. We send out financial statements, as well as personal information. All of this is protected. The program also logs all incoming and outgoing calls, which is usual information to have.

Pros

Faxes are sent and received in a timely manner.
Information is protected and kept private.
Helps keep a log of calls, especially incoming which is beneficial for us.

Cons

While the faxes run smoothly, they sometimes take a while to go through. Things tend to lag.
There isn't a built-in live chat if you have a question.
Sometimes I have to call support to work through things instead of figuring it out on my own.

Pan Terra is a great tool for us to send legal documents to institutions.
We send items to private and federal institutions efficiently and professionally. We spend less time and money sending items this way than with FedEx.
Pan Terra is more secure and efficient at getting the information where it needs to go. We don't have to worry about it getting lost in delivery. This saves us time and money.

We started using Streams for a reliable calling system that we could take on the go since it uses an app and can be directly relayed to your cell phone while being called at your work number. This has been very useful for those of us who work from home and allows us to keep personal numbers private but at the same time still being able to receive calls while at home.
