Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Pipedrive in our organization to manage our customer relationships and track sales. Pipedrive makes it easy to keep scheduling follow up activities with prospects that you can continue the sales cycle until a deal is either won or lost. It is also very customizable, easy to set up and integrates with our email marketing platform. We have been using Pipedrive for over 10 years now. It is also very cost effective, and less complicated compared to some of the other CRM platforms.

- Is very easy to customize your own sales funnel
- Cost effective for smaller businesses
Cons
- There could be more customizable controls within the permission sets for users
- It would be nice to haver the ability to plug in a commission structure based on quotas that would tie in on the financial side with commission payouts for sales reps.
- Ability to tag the same contact to multiple organizations
Likelihood to Recommend
I would highly recommend Pipedrive as a CRM, especially for smaller businesses. The price is very reasonable for all of the functionality and features that Pipedrive provides. There are easy, pre-built workflow automations or you can create your own workflow automations, track activities across organizations, contacts & deals, along with many other additional features - some of which may be add ons but there are a lot of features to that can be utilized like AI, webhooks, smart documents, and many more.
