We use Pipedrive in our organization to manage our customer relationships and track sales. Pipedrive makes it easy to keep scheduling follow up activities with prospects that you can continue the sales cycle until a deal is either won or lost. It is also very customizable, easy to set up and integrates with our email marketing platform. We have been using Pipedrive for over 10 years now. It is also very cost effective, and less complicated compared to some of the other CRM platforms.

  • There could be more customizable controls within the permission sets for users
  • It would be nice to haver the ability to plug in a commission structure based on quotas that would tie in on the financial side with commission payouts for sales reps.
  • Ability to tag the same contact to multiple organizations

I would highly recommend Pipedrive as a CRM, especially for smaller businesses. The price is very reasonable for all of the functionality and features that Pipedrive provides. There are easy, pre-built workflow automations or you can create your own workflow automations, track activities across organizations, contacts & deals, along with many other additional features - some of which may be add ons but there are a lot of features to that can be utilized like AI, webhooks, smart documents, and many more.

Pipedrive enables sales organizations, especially startups to easily track their sales deals and follow up on deals in the pipeline. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles, but it doesn't need them. For the price, it's a really great way to stand up a sales organization.

Pipedrive is our CRM, we have all the details of our customers in it, starting from when they are cold or hot leads and in the scope of our agents, until they become real clients and in the scope of our customer support. We also use it to organize calls and activities that we must do on their platform and we take notes of everything so that anybody in the company can be up to date on what is happening. Pipedrive really changed the way we work for the better

Well suited as a crm therefore to track everything that happens to a lead and then to the customer. Also the personalization of reports is pretty cool. Would be nice to have even more reports and minimize manual work. Overall a great tool that we use daily in our job

Our Criminal Defense law firm uses Pipedrive as a CRM website to track sales, quality of leads, contacts with leads and to keep track of market data. Each quarter we use the Reports options to produce metrics to compare quarter over quarter sales. It also helps us keep our referral partners list organized and clean per attorney in our firm.

  • Contact organization and activity tracking

Cons

  • When sending out a Docusign envelope, if it needs to be voided it's hard to create another envelope with the same document created in Pipedrive
  • The syncronization from OneDrive to Pipedrive for Document templates and contract creation purposes

Pipedrive has a User-friendly interface, the dashboard is clean and easy to to navigate. The options to customize the reports drawn from insights are a good fit for our specific business. The mobile app could use some enhancementes for a smoother experience. Pricing might be a bit high for small businesses or startups, but the value justifies the cost.

We use Pipedrive as our main CRM system for both business unites. From the side of AQVC Discovery, where I work at the main point is to first track contact and Companies(organisations in Pipedrive) as leads then they get worked by our SDR team and if a call is scheduled a deal is created in Pipedrive pipeline then once client is sold it utilities Pipedrive automations to transfer the deal as a new client in our clients pipeline where all info of the client is attached and client is moved through proper stages. Until renewal or cancellation. Also we use Pipedrive reporting to understand the work done and similar.

We use Pipedrive to monitor and track potential clients and what referral avenues they are coming from. We also use it to monitor networking efforts and case avlue trends over time so that we can adjust our marketing strategy and budget accordingly. It helps us track referral sources and touchpoints to ensure that we are properly nuturing referral relationships.

Pipedrive is a fantastic tool to help monitor and track lead generation and referral sources. It helps maintain accountability with the sales team and helps ensure that we are doing appropriate marketing to maintain a steady influx of cases. The weekly and quarterly sales reports that it can generate are incredibly helpful and insightful. They help inform us of what we need to focus on each quarter/year.

We use it to log communication and keep track of different people in our orbit. Whether it is clients, professionals, students, or staff members, Pipedrive helps with keeping track of folks' information and any relevant information. Additionally, my company has asked we started using it to keep track of tasks and upcoming events. While I don't personally love utilizing it for these purposes, I see the merits in it.

  • The to do tasks leaves room for improvement. It should be more comprehensive.

Pipedrive is excellent for keeping track of all the people in your company's orbit. It has plenty of space and drop down menus to categorize people into groups and subgroups. This helps when you are managing many different people in many different fields, as we are in my business. However, I wish it was color coded for easy visual navigation.

I think for an SMB company that is growing with a few dozen sales folks Pipedrive is a great solution. I think as the company scales Pipedrive could do a bit better with reporting and dashboarding to pull analytics together for the Sales & Ops folks.

This is where we keep some of our customer data and sales uses this to nurture deals in their pipeline. This also allows us to see discrepancies in some of our data. Sales loves to use this as their sales pipeline and keep track of activities for callbacks or other helpful customer information.

I think Pipedrive has made some big improvements with the parent child hierarchy but it could be displayed better. Pipedrive is siloed from our other systems which makes it difficult to keep current customer data up to date. It would be nice to have an account manager follow up with us and see where we can make improvements. The tool is simple to use for sales teams.

Pipedrive is an affordable, easy-to-use, and customizable cloud-based CRM platform. It helps our sales team stay accountable and organize customer data so much that we use it as our CRM. Its data entry, pipeline creation, and platform integration are flexible. Email monitoring alerts us when a recipient opens an email and clicks a link, so we can follow up on pending business or investigate strange goings-on.
