Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

As a sales director I use to forecast deals and update with pertinent information for me and my team. We also use to track activity, follow up and to process won opportunities for the org.

I think that one of the strengths of Pipedrive is the ease of use and usability of this CRM tool in comparison to others. It provides a lot of drag and drop and point and click functionality that is not common in other CRM tools I've used and had to manage in other capacities.
Overall compared to SFDC and other CRM tools Pipedrive stacks up very well when it comes to ease of use and usability. It needs a bit better more robust reporting compared to some of the other tools. But for the cost and value provides I'd rank Pipedrive very highly in comparison on ROI.

I think for an SMB company that is growing with a few dozen sales folks Pipedrive is a great solution. I think as the company scales Pipedrive could do a bit better with reporting and dashboarding to pull analytics together for the Sales & Ops folks.
