Qualaroo made it possible to understand different customers at various geographic locations to create personalized USPs to promote our products. It helped us map customers' interests and purchase preferences from three significant locations that we wanted to target for new market acquisitions. - There is no feature to embed surveys directly into the mail body.
- We can't create custom charts to get a high-level view of various survey metrics.

It helped us to redesign the homepage and product page to address customer fears and expectations. We have successfully designed personalized campaigns for different locations using the insights from Qualaroo surveys to acquire new customers.
