Overall Satisfaction with Qualaroo Insights
Qualaroo made it possible to understand different customers at various geographic locations to create personalized USPs to promote our products. It helped us map customers' interests and purchase preferences from three significant locations that we wanted to target for new market acquisitions. We initially used the same campaigns for all the locations. With Qualaroo, we uncovered the purchase priorities of each segment and crafted individual campaigns to increase overall sales and product adoption.

- We can create any survey in minutes and deploy it to collect feedback to understand customers’ expectations and fears. We then channel this data into our optimization strategies.
- We receive hundreds of responses each day, and Qualaroo reduces the feedback analysis time with its inbuilt AI-based analytical tool, helping us close the feedback loop quickly.
- It needs a bulk action button to export reports from multiple surveys at once.
- There is no feature to embed surveys directly into the mail body.
- We can't create custom charts to get a high-level view of various survey metrics.
- Qualaroo has proven to be extremely useful when it comes to improving conversions.
- We deployed Qualaroo on our website to survey visitors and uncover their pain points about our landing page.
