Overall Satisfaction with Qualaroo Insights
I currently work in a research-based organization, and Qualaroo is being used across the whole organization to collect user-based data. Currently, it’s being used by all the members of more than 5 teams for conducting customer surveys and gathering data with respect to the ongoing research projects. These are eventually published on different platforms and domains.
- It is extremely easy to understand and use and requires little to no training.
- It offers a range of customization options for the surveys for better presentability.
- Its advanced targeting option saves a lot of time as we can deploy them as per specific audience
- The tool is very reliable, and we haven’t run into any groundbreaking issues with it.
- The pre-built templates could use some improvements as the questions they provide are quite generic.
- The dashboard also needs some improvements in terms of functionality.
- The user interface could do with some changes.
- Qualaroo helped in getting valuable feedback from our customers
- It helped us in improving our landing pages and our conversion rate has significantly increased while using Qualaroo
Qualaroo is a much more intricate tool when compared with Google Forms. I can see that it provides a lot more customization and additional features that are impossible to find in Google Forms.
