In my opinion, the software is cumbersome. The implementation was unnecessarily exhausting in my view. No one is available (in the United States) to assist with questions or support I found. InSync has wat too many "managers" and no one to perform any actual customer support in my opinion. The only reason that we selected InSync is that our state requires certain data reporting and InSync does that.

I use Insync Healthcare Solutions every day. I love this product, it's very user friendly and whenever I have an issue with anything, I get a response right away from a representative. He is such a great help. It's a joy working with him and knowing that my issues will be taken care of right away.

We use/purchased Insync Healthcare Solutions EHR/PM system for our Behavioral Health Clinic. We use it to store and in-put medical records, charting on clients, scheduling, billing patients and insurance, taking payments and running practice reports.

Since we run a small behavioral health clinic with counseling, psychiatric and medication assisted treatment services, Insync Healthcare Solutions has been even more than we need. Where we see Insync being well suited is in times of expansion. Given that this solution can run a single practitioner clinic or a large one with 40 practitioners, it can grow with us and has the capability to offer services that adapt to our increasing demands. The cost of the system is a bit prohibitive for solo practitioners or very small practices, but given that it is a resource that can be sold with a business, we still consider it a great investment.
Our clinic utilizes Insync for al clinical documentation, patient records, billing and accounting and full practice management. We considered several different platforms and shopped around a lot, hands down Insync's platform is the best fit for us and the best platform we could have asked for. From the integrated clearinghouse with 837/835 and 270/271 capability to the full practice management contained within Insync we have been satisfied from top to bottom. They also have the best support. no turning in tickets, if you need help there is a human to assist you. If they can't do it they tell you but they also request for future enhancement. Insync is one of our most valued relationships and instrumental in our daily success.

In my opinion, Insync is a great platform across all areas of medicine, including behavioral health, except dentistry.
We use Insync Healthcare Solutions in our OP clinic for full client medical records and across our entire agency for client information management and billing. Insync Healthcare Solutions has streamlined many of our processes, saves space with records keeping in our largest program, connects multiple programs and departments to share information, saves time with insurance verification and billing processes.

Our experience with Insync Healthcare Solutions is hands down a better experience than our previous EMR system. The implementation process moved at our pace, took into consideration our needs, and worked well with our team. The system is much more user-friendly and does not have near the number of bugs our previous system did. Support is easy to reach and generally very helpful.
InSync Healthcare Solutions was chosen to replace an EHR that we weren't quite happy with. The web-based version was better than the built-in one that we had before, the customer service was so much better in that one too. Not only were the tickets answered quickly, but also knowledgeably and I could also depend on the full support team instead of just one or two people who knew how to address issues. On top of that, the care and thoroughness during the last 2 years of merging new companies into ours was amazing. It may not have all gone exactly as planned, but InSync Healthcare Solutions was able to adapt to the plan as it developed for us and in the end, it did end up working even better than I thought it would. Our main account contacts are phenomenal with open communication, transparency, roadmap, release documentation, and suggested enhancements to the system for our needs.

I will always come back to customer service first. The product is wonderful, suggestions on what our needs are always listened to and established if they can, but the care, consideration, and respectfulness that the InSync Healthcare Solutions team gives our company, no matter where they sit on the org chart, is irreplaceable. From the part-time front office staff to the CEO, they will give the same care and consideration across the board and that respectfulness makes for better outcomes when collaborating on how to keep the system, and our company, moving forward.
Our entire office uses [Insync Healthcare Solutions]. Everything from patient registration to record releases and referrals are being done in the system which makes it much easier to document dates, times and details, and collect necessary information at the click of a button. Patients, as well as clinicians and administrative staff, are able to communicate electronically by using the secure patient portal which also allows us to securely send patient records to the client and to send and receive facility forms that allow for the patient to electronically sign and submit. We utilize Insync PM and EHR as well as InsyncScribe. Customer service is phenomenal and the support team is always available! This system has allowed us to finally be on "the same page" with one another for all of our facility needs!

We are currently utilizing Insync Healthcare Solutions across all departments at our organization and for all of our needs. From clinical to billing to appointment reminders and all documentation. It helps keep everything in one easy location and program and works in conjunction with other programs to make everything as smooth as possible. It works well with the Practice Insight clearing house allowing for clinical documentation to exist within the same program as clinical billing.

I think Insync Healthcare Solutions is perfect for mental health clinics--both small and large. There are aspects of smaller clinics that you may not want to utilize the full abilities of Insync Healthcare Solutions for (e.g., if you do any lab requests to make the cost point work well, you have to do a higher number of labs at a time). Previously I hadn't been a fan of their telehealth through Zoom add on, but they took feedback well and did lower the cost of the additional programming. I recommend it for outpatient counseling, both mental health and substance abuse, and for clinics that utilize medication prescribers like psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and physicians assistants.
We use Insync [Healthcare Solutions] throughout our agency as our EMR. Aside from our primary medical record, it also is our billing system for third-party reimbursement, and any self-pay clients. We also use this EMR for communicating about client with other clinicians in our organization.

Insync [Healthcare Solutions] is amazing for behavioral health settings. The customer support/help desk is very responsive. When I call someone answers within 3 minutes and spends as much time as I need resolving any questions. Establishing the medical record is simple with treatment planning easily accessible. Onboarding new staff is effortless, especially with the use of their video tutorials. My office assistant told me today, "I have worked with a lot of EMR's and this is by far the best ever". I totally agree!!
