Overall Satisfaction with Insync Healthcare Solutions

In my opinion, the software is cumbersome. The implementation was unnecessarily exhausting in my view. No one is available (in the United States) to assist with questions or support I found. InSync has wat too many "managers" and no one to perform any actual customer support in my opinion. The only reason that we selected InSync is that our state requires certain data reporting and InSync does that.

Yes - The state retired its existing software and required that we select from a short list -- InSync was on that list.

Insync Healthcare Solutions Implementation

Yes - Our "implementation specialist" quit about 10 weeks into the process and caused a lot of disruption.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation
  • There are no templates for record keeping. Everything has to be done from scratch.
  • Our "implementation specialist" quit after about 10 weeks.
  • No one informed us of steps that were supposed to be taken in parallel -- like setting up accounts with 3rd party payers. That caused delays for MONTHS.

Using Insync Healthcare Solutions

We have a very common behavioral health practice. We were stunned to learn that they did not have templates for common procedures. They create every customer system from scratch. That causes unnecessary delay and aggravation. Plus, you can't make any modifications after the fact. Whatever you decided on Day 1 you are stuck with.
