A great tool for uncovering pain points

We use Qualtrics XM for Strategy and Research to deep dive into our customer’s experiences. Mainly through surveys we find out what is good, bad and indifferent. Discovering and quantifying pain points allows us to justify spend on fixing them and then measure the impact of anything we implement. The self serve dashboards in Qualtrics XM for Strategy and Research are very helpful as it means our research and insights team don’t have to answer everyone’s questions. People can individually explore the data as and when they wish through self service.

- Text IQ could be improved
- The packages could be better set out, always seem like extra for a new feature
- Would be nice to be able to integrate photo and video more easily into surveys
Likelihood to Recommend
I have given an 8 because I think Qualtrics XM for Strategy and Research is great for its usability and self service dashboard. However it is anything that new features always cost extra and it always feels like they are upselling parts of the platform. I’d rather the fee just include everything as standard. But overall it is a great service.
