I use Rippling daily in my job. I use it to track my daily hours in the payroll system. It is very easy to see how many hours that I've worked and punching in and out for lunch is a flawless experience. It is also easy to set up time off when it is needed. Scheduling your vacation time is just as easy. It makes Payroll management a breeze.

It is very well suited to payroll. It has the easiest time tracking system that I have ever used. It is very easy to quickly brin Rippling up to log in or clock out for a break. It is just as easy to clock out at the end of the day. it is also useful to make sure that you don't get any unintentional overtime.

My organization is a non-profit religious organization with about 30 employees. Rippling was instituted less than 6 months ago but it has already been very beneficial to me. I have used it to receive notifications about my deposits, to access previous pay stubs (including downloading and printing them), accessing tax information, and view my W2. Previously I either had to get this information through my personal bank, or by contacting HR- it has been very helpful being able to access this information on my own.

From my personal experience in a smaller organization I can confirm that Rippling is well suited for any organization with less than 50 employees. My organization has both salary based and hourly employees and it is well suited for both.

I use Rippling for receiving my pay and getting a detailed breakdown of taxes and deductions. It solves one major problem which is the ability to split my payment into several banks in order to keep my finances simple. The "remaining" feature is great. It makes it so I don't need to do any additional calculations in order to keep my finances in order.

We transitioned from all independent contractors to W2 employees this year and this product was crucial for a smooth transition. It has helped us immensely with streamlining payroll and streamlining compliance. We are looking forward to continuing to expand our use particularly with onboarding, performance management, and trainings. The AI chat feature is our favorite and a very very helpful tool for quickly getting answers.

Great implementation team that was responsive to needs. Flexible structure is easy to set up once you understand the product. GREAT support chat/AI that is very helpful.

We regularly update employees agreements with the company which is very easy within the Rippling system. The payroll system is great but if you have more complex payment models (ours includes base salary and commission structures) it does require a good bit of external work. if you have a traditional payroll set up (set salaries/hourly rates) it's likely perfect for what you need.

Rippling is used for our Payroll and Leave application. So we can easily track our pay and our leave credits. The hours worked in a specific payroll period is transparently displayed as well as how many days we earned for our leave credits. This is the most convenient platform we ever had since I began working for Earth Breeze. The one we used last time had issues, and most especially made our pays super delay! Not only this, but we also couldn't track our leave credits since they don't have a feature like this in Rippling, which is why they had to purchase another platform for this. I believe our team availed Rippling because it offered many services so the value for money is on point!

I like Rippling for its simplicity and user-friendly features. For example, when you need to look for something, you can easily know where to find it without a hassle! I also appreciate that when it comes to Payroll, I can easily track my pay. It arrives on time without issues! The features are laid back and can be navigated smoothly! The only comment I have where it's less appropriate is their customer support. I believe customer support plays a big role in a company especially if the consumer has an urgent concern. Receiving a response in a timely manner would totally make a big difference to the customers!

Rippling is the Employer of Record at my organization. We are distributed across many countries and Rippling is the one HR and payroll platform my organization uses. They process payroll in multiple currencies and take care of local labour laws, employment contracts etc. and free up the org from having to worry about all this.

Excellent customer service - Every time I had any query I just opened up the chat box and typed it. Within a day or two I would get a response in my email that resolves it.

Seamless onboarding experience - Uploading ID proof and all other documents was completely online but thorough.
