Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Rippling for most of our HR needs. Run payroll, adjust contributions, distribute tax forms, track time off, show our org chart, it helps facilitate our health benefits and sends great reminders when you have open tasks to follow up on and it facilitates new hires and their onboarding.
Pros
- Rippling sends great reminders when you have open tasks, trainings, open enrollment, adding dependents, etc.
- Rippling makes it really easy to divide your paycheck to different accounts by amounts or percentages
- Rippling is straightforward and engaging. When I get my payroll email every two weeks, sometimes I open it just to see the animation.
Cons
- We had issues linking Rippling to our 401k provider, but I do not know if that was on Rippling's side.
- Sometimes finding what you are looking for is hidden within apps and you aren't sure where to find it.
- I would make "apps" more discoverable - should I be using more? Is there a benefit?
Likelihood to Recommend
It's easy, straightforward, and engaging. There is not much more you can ask for for an HR platform. Rippling is a great choice for different levels of complexity and they are always improving their feature set.
