Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for all of the employee's timecards. We also use it for all of our time off requests and it shows what benefits we have. It is a really useful tool for us and it is very easy to navigate. It is also a central place to send us tasks that we have to do for training.

  • It also saves the manager time going through hours because its easy to read.
Every time we have a problem it is easily resolved. Whether it's such a simple problem that we can just solve it in house, or if maybe it's a little more difficult problem and we have to talk to support. Everything is always taken care of in a really timely manner.

Ripplings usability is very smooth. Everything is very easy to follow on Rippling and they make everything s simple.
I love Rippling, Everything on the site is very easy to use. The time clock aspect or section is very easy to use. Everything is organized in a very easy to use format. We use tablets at our job that are hung up on the walls and that is where everyone clocks in and out. And we very rarely have any issues with Rippling. The only thing that causes difficulty are the updates, but that is something that cannot be changed.
