Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My organization is a non-profit religious organization with about 30 employees. Rippling was instituted less than 6 months ago but it has already been very beneficial to me. I have used it to receive notifications about my deposits, to access previous pay stubs (including downloading and printing them), accessing tax information, and view my W2. Previously I either had to get this information through my personal bank, or by contacting HR- it has been very helpful being able to access this information on my own.

Pros

Cons

  • I had a little bit of difficulty setting up my personal account

Rippling is very user friendly! I finished graduate school a year ago and am very new to salaries, taxes, paychecks, etc. I have found that Rippling is very easy to use and I am able to access all the information I need very quickly and easily. The website is intuitive.
I have only been using Rippling on my organization for less than 6 months but my experience has been amazing. From my personal experience in a smaller organization I can confirm that Rippling is well suited for any organization with less than 50 employees. My organization has both salary based and hourly employees and it is well suited for both.
