Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Rippling to complete tasks designated by HR like employer-sponsored insurance. I also use Rippling to view payroll details, change direct deposit information, and request time off, viewing the earned vacation time and remaining sick time. Maximizing HR efficiency was the number one problem that Rippling addresses. My scope is limited to the employee view.

Pros

Simple user interface that makes it easy to complete tasks and find important documents.
One-stop-shop for everything HR that allows everything to be accessed from one place.
High quality customer support.

Cons

organize personal apps by showing what is seen in the vertical navigation bar first
make it easier to see which login details you can request in a shared vault
perhaps include a polling space to review company and procedures

Likelihood to Recommend

Rippling has been great for organizing HR-created tasks on the employee level. It is easy to see what needs to be done and to update my personal information. It is also very easy to check my insurance details as well as pay stubs and W2s. I love that Rippling is a one-stop-shop that allows me to view everything from a single site. Would love to see 401K programs more easily through Rippling. I can't think of a place where Rippling would have inappropriate use.

Some days the time clock has not kept the correct time and date until you refresh the page.

RIppling is used to view our payroll and setup time off, as well as benefits.I have not encountered any problems with the software thus far.

The easiest form of employee/employer HR software. I have used paycom, daybreak and a couple of other and this is by far the easiest to use. Everything moves smoothly and seamlessly. I have not had any issues with the software thus far and has been so easy to find all the tabs.

Human Resources uses it to manage payroll, benefits, post and manage new job listings, filter applicants, track all applicants, training programs, etc. At the employee level, we use it for paid time off management, company holidays, pay stubs, W-2, enrolling for benefits, an overview of the company organization chart, filtering applicants, and tracking applicants.

Pros

I like how PTO is managed in Rippling, especially an overview of hours used, remaining, etc.
The organization chart access is super helpful, especially for new employees.
Enrolling for benefits is also simple on Rippling.

Cons

I don't know if this is a feature, but I wish there was a way to keep track of hours worked for hourly employees.

I haven't used too many Human Resources management tools before, but Rippling seems to do most of the things we need for it to do. I think it's definitely better suited for smaller companies than bigger companies because some of the dropdowns and windows can get a little cluttered when you start adding multiple employees.

This is an All in one software for companies, we've used many in the past before and they were all problems. Rippling is so on point, with not only our clock in clock out but even retirement, etc. This is the app you want for your company if you're looking for a way to streamline your Payroll and any other needs

We have unlimited PTO, so we manage PTO through rippling. We just finished Open Enrollment and Rippling made this a breeze. And payroll is easy to access and track if needed. And I believe that our IT department uses Rippling to administer our firewall and virus protection since we are a fully remote team.

Rippling is used by our entire organization for HR and payroll needs. Our employees are able to track time, request time off, and manage benefits and insurance through the Rippling platform. It is a simple and user-friendly process and event better - all kept in ONE application!

The user interface is really easy to understand and use. I like getting an email every time I get paid. I like how easy it is to log and request PTO. Most of all, I found it really easy to sign up for my health, dental, and vision insurance through the application. So far, this is the best portal I have used in a work setting.

We love Rippling because it makes everything HR-related, easier. Rippling features we love are managing taxes, FSA plans, insurance enrollment, and more. As I am new to HR, the support feature allows for both easy and quick answers to questions I have. Rippling is constantly making upgrades and they actually take my suggestions into account.

Rippling is a great all-in-one payroll feature. It makes things like insurance enrollment, payroll, PTO, workers comp, FSA plans, etc. easier because it is all run by Rippling. Rippling takes care of a lot behind the scenes without us having to put in much effort. There is a great support feature for admins that makes it very quick and easy to get answers to questions. My employees only wish is that there was better support for them, for example, a support phone number to call when they need help.
