We have unlimited PTO, so we manage PTO through rippling. We just finished Open Enrollment and Rippling made this a breeze. And payroll is easy to access and track if needed. And I believe that our IT department uses Rippling to administer our firewall and virus protection since we are a fully remote team.

I believe Rippling can be an effective HR/Benefits tool for any sized company. I love the easy-to-use interface and the UX is seamless. It makes cumbersome tasks like 401K elections, insurance set up, and withholdings a breeze. I highly recommend Rippling to anyone looking to streamline Payroll, HR, and benefits functions for their organizations.
The user interface is really easy to understand and use. I like getting an email every time I get paid. I like how easy it is to log and request PTO. Most of all, I found it really easy to sign up for my health, dental, and vision insurance through the application. So far, this is the best portal I have used in a work setting.

Rippling is the perfect platform for a small business. I work at a startup nonprofit organization and we use the portal to manage all finance and human resources items. I find the application easy to use and I never have to contact the HR person or IT for help. I would recommend this product to other professionals.
We love Rippling because it makes everything HR-related, easier. Rippling features we love are managing taxes, FSA plans, insurance enrollment, and more. As I am new to HR, the support feature allows for both easy and quick answers to questions I have. Rippling is constantly making upgrades and they actually take my suggestions into account.

Rippling is a great all-in-one payroll feature. It makes things like insurance enrollment, payroll, PTO, workers comp, FSA plans, etc. easier because it is all run by Rippling. Rippling takes care of a lot behind the scenes without us having to put in much effort. There is a great support feature for admins that makes it very quick and easy to get answers to questions. My employees only wish is that there was better support for them, for example, a support phone number to call when they need help.
I use Rippling to manage my benefits, payroll and stay on top of tasks required by HR and IT for compliance and security.

While onboarding Rippling was able to walk me through step by step. I am middle-aged ( yikes) and it was particularly easy for me to walk through the process. I even went back to double-check if my info was completed. I feel that Rippling literally held my hand and made the onboarding process easy. I am currently using the Rippling app for daily time and attendance and also benefit enrollment and information. The Rippling app houses my insurance info and makes it easy to look up benefit information if needed. I have worked with countless apps over the years and hands down Rippling has been the most user-friendly app that I have experienced.
Rippling has made it incredibly easy for me as a new employee to get in and request time off, and especially, enroll in benefits. The Benefits enrollment portal was easy, had a great interface, and was very simple to use. It made an often confusing process a breeze. As my company continues to utilize Rippling, it's easy for my managers and IT to make necessary security updates to my computer remotely. Highly recommended! Rippling makes the process of HR interactions a breeze.

I'm an end user of Rippling as an employee at my current company. From my hire, onboarding, and benefits selection, Rippling has been amazingly easy to use and super fast. I can't believe how quickly I signed up for new benefits this morning. I'm also impressed with the range of functionality Rippling offers. At my previous company, we had 3-4 different tools to manage my paystub, my healthcare benefits, my FSA, and my commuter benefits. It's so convenient to have all of that in one place.

I use Rippling to manage PTO requests. I love that I'm able to quickly approve or deny a request, and also love that I'm able to input a request for an employee who uses a sick day so that they don't need to worry about doing it when they're back. Able to see all past requests in your personal PTO profile. Rippling is great with showing a team organization and who their direct report is, as well as work anniversaries and birthdays. Easy to update insurance benefits with guiding you through a life qualifying event. HSA and FSA accounts are linked easily. Able to see past compensation as well as current in your employee profile, which is handy! Love that everything you need is all on one site that is easy to navigate. 10/10!

I love the PTO function. It is extremely user-friendly for your personal PTO requests, as well as managing employee requests. I love that I can input an employee's request if they use a sick day so that they don't have to worry about going into the system, and I also love that it shows me how much they have to use.
I was recently onboarded through Rippling, and I'm a new user. I'm already a huge fan of the platform — it's been nice to have all of my important and secure enrollments consolidated in one place with a clear, concise format. Starting a new job can be overwhelming, but Rippling has felt very intuitive and has relieved a lot of stress with its features. For example, I like that I can hover over words and phrases, and in turn, get more detailed info to make better comparisons between health plans. Everything is self-contained. No more hours of research to try and reach a conclusion with benefits.

Rippling made the onboarding, user-end process a lot easier to navigate. I like that I can safely navigate all of my pay stubs, benefit enrollments, and required HR courses in one spot without having to worry about all of the information being dispersed in emails and separate user platforms with several different logins. The design, format, and language Rippling implements are easy to follow, and cut out potential distractions, allowing me to make better, more informed decisions.
