Rippling is a Great all-in-one HR Tool

Sometimes I wish that there was a phone number we could call and actually talk to a person. Some things are too hard to explain over a chat. I also wish our employees had some sort of support feature. It seems like they aren't actually able to reach out to support ever. In the past, I was emailed a history of the conversation I had with a support person. Then something changed and we weren't sent that anymore. I think I might be able to see it now on the Cases page, but having that in an email after every support chat would be nice. I like to go back and read those to clarify things with my boss or just so I remember what was said.

I think Rippling is very easy to use overall. It took some getting used to, but once you play around and get familiar with it, it's easy to figure out. The new features are a little confusing, but will just take some getting used to.

Rippling is a great all-in-one payroll feature. It makes things like insurance enrollment, payroll, PTO, workers comp, FSA plans, etc. easier because it is all run by Rippling. Rippling takes care of a lot behind the scenes without us having to put in much effort. There is a great support feature for admins that makes it very quick and easy to get answers to questions. My employees only wish is that there was better support for them, for example, a support phone number to call when they need help.
